Advantages of this house: good location, large bedrooms (most with washbasin), updated sanitary facilities. (although there are not the 4 promised bathrooms, but 2 bathrooms and 2 separate showers and 2 separate toilets), nice little garden with terrace and garden furniture. The living room is a cosy stube with many tables and benches, there are plenty of towels, the house was clean. There is a washing machine. The children enjoyed the many nooks and rooms. Cons: The kitchen is very outdated and small. The oven was broken and there is too little lighting. The dining room is not suitable for 20 people to eat. The beds are not all good. Some are saggy. There are not really sofas or chairs to sit on for a long time. The living room is very crowded. There are very many rules in this house. The house is dark.

It is a nice spacious house and in a good location 12 minutes' walk to the ski lift absolutely top.

We were 14 adults and 1 baby and had a great holiday! The house has all the amenities and is very spacious. The kitchen and dining table is most comfortable for up to 15 adults is our experience though, not 20. The bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets are spacious and very clean. The house also has a cosy Austrian atmosphere. We could easily walk to the ski lifts every day or drive to another ski area by car. In addition, the contact with Maria was very pleasant. We would love to come back again!

It is a group home for 20 people but the kitchen is only for 4. And everything is 30 years back in time.

We were 11 adults and 5 children in the tiroler gastehaus. I found the house dated, the dining table was too small for all of us. What is an advantage is that the house is near the bus stop iss and also near the lifts. There is little space for cars and there is a neighbour who makes herself heard if you come even 1 cm around her yard.

For those who love the typical Austrian cosiness (it is not a sleek interior) and are looking for accommodation for a large group, this is an ideal house. By the looks of it, a former hotel where I think, due to the lack of a private bathroom in each bedroom, they chose to rent it out as a whole for large groups. A beautiful house! On the ground floor the living areas with a dining room for ± 14 people and (we were with 11 2 small children) but also enough (typical Austrian) seats to also sit together in groups, on the two floors the 10 beautiful large bedrooms with fine beds of which 8 with a sink. Towels and kitchen linen are plentiful. A large kitchen with 2 large fridges and enough cutlery, cups, mugs, glasses, pots and large pans to cook for a large group. The location on a meadow provides unobstructed views from most rooms and from the garden. The supermarket is 600 metres away. We enjoyed our stay here, highly recommended!

Pleasant, spacious house with many good aspects: the many sinks, ample kitchen inventory for our group of 16 people, many towels, all beds made, beautiful view, plenty of seating in the garden, washing machine (40 euros per week), laundry racks with some pegs, curtains or blinds, 2 fridges, Spar nearby, pans for large and small quantities and with lids. P for 5 cars

The holiday home is spacious and well equipped. The location is ideal. Shopping and swimming pool nearby. The landlady is very nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly. We would be happy to return.

Beautiful large house and fully equipped

We spent a week at the Tiroler Gastehaus with our children and grandchildren. there were 11 of us adults and 6 children aged 1-5. The size of the house and the 3 floors made it a perfect house for us. Everything was there from high chair to cutlery, towels etc. Everything was very complete.

A beautiful place with great views, very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves and the children also had a great time.

Communication with the houseowner was easy and successful.

Clean and spacious holiday home where you can stay with a large group of friends. The hostess is friendly and welcomes you with lots of information and tips. The beds were comfortable. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly and without problems. In short, highly recommended!
