Easy to reach

Ischgl is easy to reach from many European countries. Most travellers arrive by car, train or flight. The nearest major airports are Innsbruck (ca. 100 km), Munich (ca. 240 km) and Zurich (ca. 230 km). From all three airports you can continue your journey by rental car, private transfer or public transport to the Paznaun Valley.

Travelling by car is also straightforward: Ischgl is connected via well-maintained motorways through Austria, Germany and Switzerland. The last stretch into the Paznaun Valley is scenic and normally well accessible even in winter conditions.

Along with Samnaun, Ischgl is one of the most snow-sure ski resorts in the Alps.
