The holiday apartment is located in a small-scale chalet park in Afritz am See, a charming village situated between the Nockberge mountains and right by the Afritzer See. Closer by, at around 13 km on the sunny south side of Lake Ossiach, lies the Gerlitzen Alpe. This snow-sure ski area offers around 50 to 55 km of slopes and stunning panoramic views of the impressive mountain landscape.

Even outside the winter season, there is plenty to experience. Enjoy a relaxing boat trip on lake Wörthersee, take a refreshing dip in lake Ossiacher See, lake Millstätter See, or lake Brennsee, or explore the many picturesque walking and cycling paths.
