Description
This very spacious flat is located in a small complex. There are 3 other flats in the building and they are all exclusively meant for tourist rental. All flats can park at least one car in the garage underneath the building. You can leave that car there, because you really live in the middle of the village. Restaurants and the supermarket are within walking distance from the flat
Even the ski slope is only 300 metres away, although the ski bus stops right in front of the door.
The ski lifts leave from the cosy village of Dienten in various directions. Dienten is situated in the middle of the Hochkönig skiing area, which stretches from Mühlbach to Maria Alm. For winter sports enthusiasts looking for more challenges, the popular resorts of Saalbach (40 km), Flauchau (35 km) and Bad Gastein (35 km) are not far away and can all be reached within an hour by car.
For many people, Dienten is an undiscovered gem in summer. The area has many beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails that lead you through the beautiful mountain landscape

We really enjoyed our stay in Dienten and a nice bonus is that you have your own parking space and room for your bikes at the bottom of the garage of your flat
Very nice flat in a very nice village! Definitely highly recommended. Locking the house with a code is also ideal. Unfortunately, a few small points of attention: the toilet seat in the central bathroom is loose, balcony railing is loose and broken (I think this is already known but feels a bit dangerous, especially with children), ventilation in the bathrooms is actually not present which makes the whole house a bit warm and clammy after showering, the shower drain in one of the bathrooms does not drain well, the double bed in the middle room creaks tremendously. Still quite a list but our overall feeling and verdict is very positive!!!
