Built in 2022, this child-friendly lodge has a modern yet cosy feel. Large windows provide beautiful views and plenty of light, and the well-equipped open kitchen offers you the chance to prepare your favourite dishes. After a fun day in the region, get cosy in the living room, or opt for complete relaxation in the sauna. On the balcony you can end the day in style with a drink of your choice
The chalet is located in the cosy Austrian village of Wald im Pinzgau. It is a quiet location right by the cross-country ski trail and the Hohe Tauern National Park. The centre is within walking distance and houses several restaurants, shops and a large wellness and child-friendly swimming pool. Every morning you can get delicious bread rolls from the local bakery.
Wald is located between the well-known ski resorts Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel Arena and Kitzbühel. Zillertal Arena and Kitzbühel are ideal for those who want to cover many kilometres on the slopes. Wildkogel, on the other hand, is ideal for families with children. Are you a lover of cross-country skiing? Right by the chalet is the 200km cross-country skiing network of the Pinzgau Valley. In winter, the whole valley is fantastic and has lots of great things to offer, such as the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the world's longest floodlit toboggan run.
There is also plenty to do in the summer in this region. Its location right next to the national park makes it ideal for many beautiful walks, hikes or mountain bike rides. Behind the garden flows a babbling brook. Here you can cool off, or take a dip in the Kristall pool. Feel like hitting some balls? Then visit the (mini) golf courses nearby. The Hohe Tauern National Park is definitely worth a visit and a great place to unwind!

We were there with two families and the house was perfect for us. We had enough space, privacy and plenty of room to spend time together. The kitchen is nice and big and the adjoining dining area was ideal. The house was clean and very cosy. The sauna is a dream!

The accommodation is fully equipped and very nicely finished. Spacious, plenty of bathrooms, nice kitchen with large sofa. Furthermore, a large cellar where ski boots can dry. In addition, there is also the wellness area there. Lovely relaxing after a day of snowboarding. In good weather, you can also chill out on the balcony. Finally, there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the accommodation.
Very new, modern and clean house that is completely luxurious! The kitchen is far above holiday standard and the sauna is large enough for 6. We went skiing in both Zillertal Arena (starting at Koningsleiten) and Wildkogel Arena and preferred Wildkogel for which we took the gondola in Neukirchen. The house is perfectly positioned to visit both of these great ski areas. We can imagine that it is also great to visit with kids given the fenced garden and all equipment and toys that are available in the house. We will definitely come again!
Now second year in this house. The house itself in terms of space is really lovely. We all have our own bedroom and bathroom which is a huge luxury of course. Space for heating ski boots is top. But, it was significantly less clean than last year, there was still stuff from previous tenants and glassware was far too little. It is all still quite new, which makes it feel luxurious. We had another top week!
Perfect house and top location for skiing in both Zillertal Arena and Wildkogel Arena. The house is very luxurious and fully equipped.
