The semi-detached chalet stretches over 3 floors. Get cosy in the atmospheric living room with 10-seater dining area and prepare the tastiest dishes in the U-shaped open kitchen. From here you have a beautiful view of the mountains. After an active day, unwind in the private sauna and the corner balcony is the ideal place to end the day with a drink of your choice. Delicious!
The chalet is in a quiet location right by the cross-country ski trail and the Hohe Tauern National Park. The centre is within walking distance and you will find several restaurants and shops. Every morning you will get fresh rolls from the local bakery here.
Wald-Königsleiten is located between 3 famous ski areas: the Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel Arena and the Kitzbühel ski area. The Zillertal Arena and Kitzbühel ski areas are ideal for holidaymakers who want to cover many kilometres on the slopes. The Wildkogel Arena ski area, on the other hand, is ideal for families with children. Bramberg is home to Europe's longest winter toboggan run.
There is also plenty to do in the region in summer. Its location right next to the national park makes it ideal for hiking and mountain biking through the typical Austrian nature. If you are a real water rat, take a dip in the public Kristall pool. Just a stone's throw away are the famous Krimmler waterfalls. These are Europe's largest waterfalls with an impressive fall height of 380 metres. Wald is also a great starting point for golf enthusiasts. In Mittersill (20 km) is the nearest golf course and within a 45-minute drive you can reach the most beautiful golf courses in Austria, such as those in Eichenheim, Kitzbuhel, and Schwarzsee

Had a very nice stay in a beautiful holiday home. The holiday home is beautiful and fully equipped.
Very nice stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our house had not been cleaned. The cleaners had forgotten to do this. Very annoying when you arrive after a 9-hour drive with two small children. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved. Furthermore, there are no stair gates so with small children a bit exciting. Especially as there is also a basement. We stayed here with 4 people and it was great. For 10 people, the living room is not very big. Surroundings are nice but you have to do everything by car. Within walking distance is only a small village

Very nice house. Fine furniture and good beds. Washer and dryer present, which can be quite handy. Furthermore, tastefully decorated. We were with 5 adults and 2 children. Sufficient space for everyone.
Fantastic. The villa is not only beautifully furnished, but also with care and quality. The beds are lovely, the kitchen is fully equipped and the sofas and armchairs also offer plenty of comfort. The sauna in the basement is almost a real wellness experience. In 1 word ENJOYED!
A lovely new, clean house with all conveniences. We drove in 7 min to a nice ski area Wildkogel and in 20 min to Konigsgleiten.

excellent , well-equipped house, only rather dark due to location vis-à-vis sun, so often get in car for that.
Very luxurious villa with a spacious living room, complete kitchen facilities, private sauna, and last but not least very good beds. Nice location close to 2 ski resorts.
