The house, which is more than 300 years old, listed as a historical monument, has been completely renovated and built in the traditional timber-framed style. It is a country and holiday house at the same time and can be lived in by eight to sixteen people (in seven spacious rooms plus adjoining rooms on two floors + wellness and relaxation zone Waterloo in the cellar).

It inspires visitors and guests alike with its history and originality. The centuries-old history of the Katschtal has been captured and preserved here, but by no means without sacrificing comfort.

In addition to the original fireplace (smoke cake), gnarled stairways, creaking doors or rustic bedrooms, guests can count on the most modern bathrooms, sauna, kitchen, satellite TV and networking. The lovingly renovated and authentically furnished house accommodates, among other things, an original smoking room, a grain room adapted to a Zen room, stylish transition rooms and a library in which you can retreat at any time, sauna, spa & wellness zone "Waterloo".

The Napoleon Villa is particularly attractive because of its charming ambience and intimate rural atmosphere, and above all because of the unique opportunity to use this private villa for holiday purposes and creative breaks.

It is rented on a weekly basis regularly, partly also for short stays.
