This charming apartment is located in the middle of Krispl's idyllic village square, directly opposite the church. The complex comprises six tastefully furnished and meticulously maintained units.
This holiday home is the perfect retreat for a summer vacation with family or friends. The apartment offers a cozy living and dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen for relaxing evenings cooking. From the spacious balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
Particularly attractive for families: There is plenty of space around the house for playing, and the well-kept garden offers a shared pool – perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days. The friendly owner also runs the neighboring inn – ideal for those seeking culinary delights.
The forest begins just 100 meters away, inviting you to hike and explore. Nearby highlights include Salzburg (30km), Lammerklamm Gorge, the Abtenau summer toboggan run, and the lakes Wolfgangsee, Fuschlsee, and Mondsee (each approximately 35km away).

Beautiful apartment with enough space, nice large rooms, everything available and, as we know nothing else in Austria, super friendly people.
Krispl is a beautiful but tiny place near Salzburg. There is a ski area right in front of the door and one within 5 minutes' drive. Both suitable for smaller children. But if you really want to ski, you have to ski a bit. You can expect a good 45 minutes if you want to get to an interesting ski area. Salzburg has a lot to offer for multiple visits. In addition to the city with churches and castle, there is also the great natural history museum and a very nice zoo. The house with the holiday apartments is completely quiet and well equipped. If something is missing, you can get it from the landlord in the restaurant next door. In addition to the restaurant, there is also an area with several saunas. Everything looks a bit dusty and not super modern, but it's cozy here. The Internet did not work or did not work well on our last visits. For us, however, it was rather relaxing. If you are planning a family vacation, this is the right place for you. Well suited for children. We have been to Krispl three times.
Arrival was late in the afternoon. Called the owner and was there within 5 minutes with the key.
Reception was good and the apartment looked neat.
Great location, friendly welcome, beautifully situated. A real Call Villa.Nette accommodation. Not luxury, but compleet.Omgeving we all felt right.
O minunata vacanta alaturi de oameni frumosi! Conditii bune de cazare cu toate dotarile! Recomand aceasta locatie mai ales pentru grupuri mari cu multi copii!
Kindly received by the owner. Nice apartment. Our vacation home was "attic". The weather was hot, the apartment was happy cool. we were on holiday with 3 children (10, 13, 15) this was doing fine. Pool was cold but not heels against children. Walked a lot, seen a lot. Great week had a great apartment!
