The holiday flat is located in the popular holiday resort of Neukirchen am Großvenediger, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park. In winter, you can reach the valley station of the Wildkogel cable car in just a few minutes - ideal for skiers, snowboarders and toboggan fans. The Wildkogel Arena is known for its family-friendly pistes and the longest floodlit toboggan run in the world. In summer, hiking and biking trails are right on the doorstep and cosy mountain huts invite you to stop for a bite to eat. Highlights such as the Krimml Waterfalls or the Großvenediger itself are also within easy reach. Shops, restaurants and the village centre are just a short walk away - here you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay

The house was very beautiful and located in a quiet area. Restaurants and the bakery were reachable in about 5 minutes on foot, while other shopping options were a bit further away.
We felt very comfortable despite the cramped conditions because we used the empty rooms for storage. We had brought a few kitchen utensils and coat hooks from home. The central location is very pleasant, especially on a skiing holiday. You can walk back to the house from the end of the valley run. That is ideal. Unfortunately there is no ski cellar - skis must be stored on the terrace. This is openly accessible. There are many free offers for guests in Neukirchen. In summer, it is a paradise for hikers with children, as the paths are accompanied by fun objects (slides, marble run, etc.).
Location of the house is very good, quiet. Friendly village, everything is within walking distance.
Beautiful house and well cared for and well maintained also easily the 3 private parking spaces. all village amenities within walking distance and also good restaurants.
