In the entrance area, you'll find a convenient ski boot warmer and ski storage – ideal for winter holidays.

On the ground floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a large dining area – bright, welcoming, and perfect for cooking and dining together. There's also direct access to the garden. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, and spacious balconies with mountain views.

The house is family-run. The manager lives next door and personally attends to your guests – she is always available to answer your questions and fulfill your requests.

Saalbach-Hinterglemm is considered one of the largest and most diverse ski areas in the Alps:

The Saalbach-Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area offers over 270 km of groomed slopes, numerous lifts, and state-of-the-art infrastructure – for beginners, families, and experienced skiers alike.

The ski bus runs regularly along the Glemmtal main road and connects the accommodation with the lift stations and the entire valley (free with a ski pass).

Please note: Baby cots are available upon request only. Campervan arrivals are only permitted with prior registration. Electric car charging is available upon request/for a fee. Parking is limited – please register if you are arriving with more than one car.
