Below Klippitztörl, 12 km from the centre of Wolfsberg, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 15 km from the lake, 10 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: natural state property with meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Bumpy, steep motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 12 km, grocery 12 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop "Prebl Simonbauer" 11.3 km, swimming bay 15 km. Riding stable 15 km, chair lift 10 km, skisport facilities 10 km, ski school 10 km.
