Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Neukirchen, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the lake, 2.5 km from the skiing area. For shared use: garden. In the house: central heating system. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Neukirchen" 1.2 km. Skisport facilities 2.5 km, ski rental 2.5 km, ski school 2.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Wildkogel Skiarena 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Blausee 4.8 km.

We enjoyed our stay in Neukirchen area but some points to consider: 1. House is outdated. kitchen / livingroom area is small for 9 people 2. one bathroom (which we know but temperature of the shower is fluctuating when someone is using water in one of the other rooms. This can cause burning from the hot water. 3. Balcony I really small and it is not really nice to sit here with a couple of friends 4. Distance to skiarea is at least 3 km instead of the 1 km that has been advertised
