Description
This authentic farmhouse is beautifully located in the village area, which is part of the well-known Bramberg am Wildkogel. The second and third floors of this farmhouse are entirely at your disposal. Via the stairs you reach the lovingly decorated cosy dining room with open kitchen. It is furnished with lots of wood and a decorative tiled stove. One of the bedrooms is on the mezzanine and in the shared garden you can enjoy the Austrian sunshine in summer. Fantastic!
Winter sports fans benefit from the ideal location in relation to the ski resorts of Kirchberg-Kitzbühel (Panoramabahn gondola about 2 km away) and Bramberg-Neukirchen (Smaragdbahn ski lift about 2 km away). The ski bus leaves in front of the farm.
In spring, summer and autumn, this region offers the most beautiful walks, cycling and mountain bike rides through untouched nature. Want to cool down on a hot summer day? There is a swimming pool 500 metres away on foot. The famous Großglockner but also the Krimmler Wasserfälle are nearby, and both are definitely worth a visit!

The house is very well equipped. It leaves nothing to be desired. The hosts are super nice and we were warmly welcomed. The ski bus is less than 2 minutes away on foot.

Location and hospitality were great
It is an old farmhouse. It was clean and the most necessary kitchen utensils were available. The cooker only has three rings. The showers and toilets take some getting used to and unfortunately the flat was a bit too cold for us. The beds were very comfortable. The hostess/family live in the house and are very nice. The bus stop for the ski bus can be reached in approx. 3-5 minutes.

We lacked for nothing. This guest house has everything you need on holiday. The lady of the house was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and as described.

Very cosy spacious house! You do need your car to get anywhere, but that was not a problem for us. There is also a ski bus but we did not use that.
