Great house, super beautiful view. Narrow road up, no problem for us. Plenty to do in the area. We were lucky that in mid-May there was still plenty of snow on the Kitzsteinhorn and Grossglockner.

Very nice location. Very peaceful and beautifully situated. Everything in the house is actually well taken care of. A bit outdated, though.

When snowing it's definitely needed to put snow chains. I would have liked a bit more knowledge about the difference in supermarkets and restaurants but it's all to be found.

A great holiday home, everything needed for a holiday stay with 6 people is available, a spacious living room, spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, storage rooms and 3 bedrooms with excellent beds. This house is located at the end of a dead-end road at /- 1000 metres altitude with lots of space around the house and with lots of privacy. Due to its location, you can enjoy the sun all day and has fantastic views of Kaprun and the surrounding mountains. Ideal for the dog who can walk around freely. Please note ... driving with snow chains or with 4x4 when the road is snowy is necessary . .In short ... we had an excellent holiday. Highly recommended.

The responsible contact person on site was not available. Of the 3 beds booked, only 2 were made up. As the lady was not available, we had to buy bed linen ourselves.

It is a nice spacious house. Everything is available... The area is fantastically beautiful. You have to bear in mind that you can't do anything on foot. But it is nice and quiet. Animals on the doorstep.

Beautiful spacious house. Facilities were completely in order, the location with a wonderful view. Nevertheless, you should be aware that all activities are better done by car. It's a 45-minute walk down the mountain and then you have to go back up again, which is quite steep - so it's better to drive. What I would like to add as general information, especially for dog owners and children: good tick protection would be of the utmost importance and always search well - there are really a lot of ticks in the area.

The view is indeed breathtaking.

About the house we can be brief: enough bedding, clean and the shower does a good job. Upstairs you have to shower in the bath. Beds reasonably comfortable, slightly hard. Views really stunning. Garden a bit smaller than expected. Kaprun close by and Zell am See a bit further but also bigger. We were there after Christmas and the many Christmas trees and lights create a picturesque atmosphere.

It was a good stay at this address. Everything was fine and well clean.

The house is in an absolutely quiet location and the view is outstanding. Unfortunately, it was only possible to get in touch with the landlord by email.

The driveway to the house leads along a narrow, steep mountain road, but the view is magnificent.

Simple house, very clean, great view, living room is nice and cosy, one bedroom with newer bed, but a wardrobe is missing. New kitchen with many kitchen utensils. However, we missed a kettle and a toaster. The access road is a bit adventurous. Otherwise everything is as described. It was lovely!

The location of the house is fine. Beautiful views over the valley. By car approx 10 min to Zell am See and Kaprun. No ski bus available nearby. The house is spacious enough for 6 people. The furnishings are not very tasteful. The bathrooms outdated, but that is all aesthetic and acceptable. The kitchen is new, which was nice! What was a bit less were the many cobwebs and dust (on the stairs). This really made the overall impression less fresh and hygienic.
