This is a fantastic accommodation for at least two families with no less than four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The new 10-seater gondola lift, located right next to this property, was built in 2020. You can hop on this lift, called the ZellamseeXpress, to cross to Zell am See-Kaprun, braving Schmittenhöhe. If you spend a day skiing in the Saalbach area, the descent from this area is right next to the property. You can easily reach the lifts of the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area with the free ski bus. So if you go on a winter sports holiday here, you will have two beautiful large ski areas right at your feet! You only have to walk a short distance, so it is practically a ski-in, ski-out location!
But it is also a great place to be in other seasons. The well-known places Zell am See, Kaprun, and Saalbach-Hinterglemm can be reached within minutes. Take a refreshing dip in the Zellersee near Zell am See on a hot summer day. And don't forget to bring your hiking boots! Take beautiful walks in the unspoiled nature and mountain world around Viehhofen

Everything was very good. The bedrooms are big enough, the beds are comfortable, the mattresses have an ideal firmness - not too soft, which is very pleasant. Good water pressure, hot water comes out of the tap immediately. Plenty of crockery available and the kitchen is excellently equipped - there is absolutely nothing to complain about. There were only problems with the heating in the bedrooms - it was cold there. However, this only affected the bedrooms. There is also no washing machine. There is one in smaller and cheaper flats, but not in these very large and very expensive ones. This is somewhat surprising and should be improved.

Everything is there. Easy contact with Carmen. We were very satisfied with the location and the flat itself.
