Description
This luxurious and very spacious corner house (left part of middle block) is located directly at the 100% snow-sure beautiful (family) ski area Kreischberg. The house is particularly tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Two parking spaces are under a carport and one parking space is in the garage. One parking space under the carport has a communal charging point for an e-bike. The brand new lift and slopes are within walking distance as is the cosy village of Sankt Lorenzen
This fantastic ski area has very wide slopes and a maximum variety of blue, red and black runs is the top environment for snowboarders and freestyle skiers. Kreischberg organises regular freestyle ski world cup competitions for good reason. There is also a huge amount to do for children on the first plateau. There is no shortage of cosy ski huts and restaurant where you can eat and drink at very reasonable prices. In addition, there is no mass tourism here and due to the presence of the brand-new lifts, no waiting times at the lifts and this area has a very convivial après-ski atmosphere. The funpark is among the absolute world's best! Big competitions are organised here every year. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers, there are countless possibilities here. Feel like sledding? That too is possible here! The local train stops right behind this resort. In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau with its cosy shops, restaurants and pleasant terraces is highly recommended. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also hike or cycle along the Mur cycle path. This is a famous cycling path along the Mur River in the region. There is a fantastic golf course 2 km from the house. You will also find an outdoor swimming pool with a large sunbathing area within walking distance. In both summer and winter, this region is the ideal place for active holidaymakers. Experience peace and quiet here too, as this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. You can still enjoy pure Austrian cosiness and many traditions here. In terms of nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of traditions. You get discounts on ski and bike rentals, depending on the season!

It was a wonderful holiday. The house is unbeatable. Unfortunately, the village itself is not so well prepared for the summer. The cable car to the mountain only runs on three days. But with a good activity plan, this can also be categorised. There is a lot to explore in the surrounding area. Hikes could be better signposted. There is a simple but nice outdoor pool five minutes' walk away. All in all, the summer holiday was very nice.

Very spacious house, you feel at home! Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, bathroom very spacious! It's also very nice that there are TVs in the bedrooms! We will certainly be back again and again!
The only pity is that for children under 15 years a local tax is charged which is not required in Austria.

Beautiful house that leaves nothing to be desired. The gondola lift is within walking distance.
Really fabulous, super clean and smartly designed appartment spacious enough to comfortably accomodate 8 persons. Everything is brand new with all the amenities needed. We also appreciated innovative key exchange mechanism which doesn't involve in person contact. We will definitely come again and would strongly reccomend it.
Super house. We were with a three couples. Enjoyed the house and the surroundings. Absolutely recommended.
Everything worked great and was clean and tidy, a problem with the electricity was fixed after a short time by an electrician and even on a holiday.
What a TOP house, we enjoyed it very much. Nice size and enough room for 8 people.
Very luxurious villa. Just a pity that there is no air conditioning in it. For the rest, all amenities. Good time had.
Fantastic flat in a great location, well equipped, generous room layout. Unfortunately, one of the 4 bedrooms has no TV. We will be back next winter!
