In the district of Gerlosberg 5 km from the centre of Zell, 10 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a secluded position on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service on request. 4.5 km long steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Gerlosberg Oberberg" 140 m, railway station "Zell a.Z. Bahnhof" 7.5 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
