This modern, newly built chalet is located near the Kreischberg skiing and hiking area in the versatile holiday region of Murau-Kreischberg. The centre of the cosy village of St. Lorenzen as well as the lifts and slopes are within walking distance. The local train station for a nostalgic ride on the Murtalbahn is also within walking distance. In this beautiful setting you can ski in winter and hike and cycle in summer
The luxurious chalet is tastefully furnished and completely detached with a large garden and a large terrace of 50 m2. It offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
In summer you can enjoy the large garden with apple trees and the sunny terrace. From here you have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the valley and the ski slope. In the evening you can relax and enjoy the sunset in the west. For storing your ski equipment, there is a separate room next to the entrance with a ski boot dryer. The chalet also has a carport with 2 covered private parking spaces and a charging facility.
In summer as well as in winter, this region is the ideal place for active holidaymakers. Also experience the peace and quiet, because this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. Here you can still enjoy pure Austrian cosiness and numerous traditions. The region is of incredible natural beauty and has many traditions.
In winter, a fantastic, snow-sure family ski area awaits you with over 40 km of pistes and modern lifts. The fun park is among the absolute top in the world! Major competitions are held here every year. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are numerous possibilities here. Fancy some tobogganing? That is also possible here!
In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many beautiful shops and terraces. In addition to beautiful hikes in the mountains, you can also hike or cycle along the Mur cycle path, one of the many routes in the region

Kreischberg is a beautiful ski area but unfortunately very crowded at the ski lifts and waiting times of up to 30 minutes are normal.
We had a pleasurable holiday thanks in part to this luxurious holiday home. The kitchen is well equipped with sufficient appliances. The rooms are spacious enough, each with its own sink and shower. There is always a bit of a wait for hot water. The view is very nice and perfect in terms of location (garden facing south). We did miss sun loungers and a parasol.
The Villa is in a beautiful quiet area, adjacent to the village. There are lovely walks from this village and in the surrounding area. Great fun to go up with the toboggan run, unfortunately there are no gästecarte with this booking, so you miss out on a lot of discounts including 1x free up and down with the toboggan run. There are also nice sights nearby such as the Gunter wasserfall. Lovely area for summer holidays too
Very nice, large holiday home with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. The house is very clean and well maintained. We liked the modern furnishings. The sauna was also great.

A spacious holiday home fully equipped, beautiful location with lovely views
It is a modern, well-equipped holiday home in a central location near the Kreischberg valley station and within walking distance of the train station and outdoor pool. The beds were super comfortable. The blinds kept the heat out during the day. Everything was provided (including a wine fridge). We felt very comfortable (4 adults, 3 children) and had a great holiday.
Fine holiday villa on the outskirts of the village. The villa looks neat and tidy and has everything you need. 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, good beds, spacious and complete kitchen, nice living room and a spacious terrace. All windows also have blinds on the outside which is very nice in summer. The house has a nice and cosy atmosphere and beautiful and natural materials have been used.
Great surrounding of you are looking seclution and relaxtion with amazing view. The villa it self had everything we need. Very elegant, beautiful and perfect in everything.
Great house - very cosily furnished. Everything you need is there. You can easily walk to the lift or get your bread rolls in the morning on foot. There is also a Spar supermarket nearby. Great ski area.
What a beautiful and lovely house! And in a beautiful setting. The house was clean and equipped with every luxury! Every day we enjoyed a beautiful view! Also lovely space around the house, ideal for the children! In short, we had 2 unforgettable weeks! Highly recommended!!!!
