Beautiful house. Something dated. Not accessible to the elderly. Stairs are difficult to access. Furthermore, everything is there and the owner very helpful. Lots of uneven floorboards

Beautiful house fully equipped in a beautiful location.

Friendly reception. Quietly located house. Clean. Enough beautiful excursion options. We find the single mattresses painful to lie on. Bring your own salt, oil, sugar and basic food as there is nothing in the kitchen and the supermarkets in the area are closed on Sundays.

Very neat reception. The landlord lives in the house next to the holiday home, but keeps an appropriate distance. Property is in a beautiful location in the forest, but is easy to find by following the wooden signs.

wonderfully quiet at the edge of the forest. Hotel in the next village towards Lienz was very good food. Beds were pretty hard, but good. Everything in and around the house was very clean and all facilities worked well.

Arrival was late due to a heavy rainfall of a day, a house was hardly found, afterwards there was evidence of signs. Accommodation was not heated when we arrived so cold. Living room smoke musty. During our stay it was pretty fresh so we had to bark. After a week the damp air just left a little away. Living room was also depressingly dark. We were usually in the kitchen that was lighter and did not smell stale

The arrival was good We were late by the files but that was not a problem, on arrival by the house led by problems or questions we could always help them, so that was all perfect!

The holiday was wonderful by the country, the beautiful nature, the high mountains, the cosiness of the villages and the beautiful weather. Rangersdorf is a small village but all amenities are well accessible, shops, restaurants. The Grossglockner is also close by. But the accommodation does not belong in the offer of Topic Travel. No privacy at all, the pictures are misleading, it is a few meters from the owners 'house. There is no outdoor seating outside the residents' view and they are very present. The house is uncomfortable. Not all we used to to be.

The accommodation was lovely a lovely home. The setting is gorgeous, lots of possibilities. We walked a lot. had a wonderful holiday.

We have seen a lot and the location was very quiet. The owners were very welcoming. It is the house of an update. The mattresses are very hard and this makes sleeping difficult. The staircase is a challenge by height and reach difference.

The house sits right in a wooded area, just behind the house of the owner. It's beautiful and comfortable. The living room is a bit dark and musty. The bedrooms are very spacious and ideal for families (parents' bedroom, bedroom for the children). The mattresses were thin or very soft or very hard. The owners are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The house is conveniently located for many trips (Gross Glockner, Mölltal Glacier, Raggaschlucht). It lies at the end of a mountain road follow the signs!

Later still, many thanks to the owner - it was a totally relaxing holiday. Beautifully located house.

Ubytování se nám l໛ilo.Za nevhodné považuji prezentaci bydlení jako samostatně stojໜí objekt(fotodokumentace).Jedná se sice o sam. stojໜí objekt , avᘚk se společným dvorečkem(zahrฝkou),kterou nemů៮te užívat na 100%. V naᘞm případě , kdy s námi byli dva hafani , s p𕧭pokladem volného pohybu po zahradě , který jim byl paní majitelkou zamezen formou internໜh nařízení a omezení,tedy zklamání. Vzhledem k těmto skutečnostem ,jsem si připadal jako na návštěvě u zlé tchýně.

Spent wonderful week in this beautiful home! it is easy to reach and is not very far from the main road so you could all sides. Wonderfully quiet and very friendly caretaker who will do anything to please you, but you make no privacy verstoord.Heerlijk 2 bathrooms and everything super clean! Nice terrace where you can find. Fortunately always a shade House is nice and cool but room is a bit on the dark side. Walks abound in the area, but also directly from the huis.Al all enjoyed me and last minute discount it was doable.

The cottage is liked by our kids (3.5 months and 20 months). The house was very neat and clean. The landlord had made sure it was nice and warm, as we have made it their home. Winter use with 2 small children However, living on the dark side and the steps are not all equal, which was especially annoying in the beginning. The lighting (bulb) in the living room was very bright. The owners are nice and helpful people. We will definitely visit this house yet.

Beautiful spot in the woods on a mountainside. Sweet, hospitable landlords. The house looks neat out.The house is much in the shadow of the surrounding trees.

It was a very nice vacation in the house Kerschbaumer. The owners were very friendly. Those seeking peace and want to wander much is just right here. The house is secluded from traffic and other noise - ideal to relax properly. Place to play badminton, table tennis and a trampoline load even after long hikes yet to sporting activities. The only minor drawbacks The living room is very cold and dark (we have only 1 x used) and the dining area is early for breakfast, unfortunately, largely in the shadows. But otherwise everything was great.

The house is in a special location, on a mountainside. Because it was quite changeable weather, we could barely sit outside. The decor of the living room is very dated and terribly dark. There is little natural light. when the lamp does is immediately lots of light! No cozy lamps. Not inviting to relax. The owner is very warm and friendly and is immediately ready to help you. Everything else is in the house, such as a washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms are very spacious. The setting is lovely, we have not bored us.

14 wonderful days staying with the kerschbaumers family. It was delicious, beautiful weather, nice neat house and friendly family.We enjoyed again. nice walk on the mountain behind the house and in the immediate vicinity.

We enjoyed spending a week in mid-May very well. Very nice location to the most beautiful destinations in the Umgebung.Großßglockner, Malta Hohalpenstrasse, Raggaschlucht Groppenssteinschlucht. Carinthia Card brings a lot of food at Vorteile.Leckeres Stadlewirt is recommended. Shopping options in Winklern only a few miles away.

a brilliant holiday had a great house and not to mention the environment. The mistress Ulrike Kerschbaumer is a cozy welcoming woman as well as her family. You will be fully released while the house is in their yard. Only if you want get in touch with her otherwise it is just greeting each other. The house is fully equipped and schoon.Mede this is our vacation successful.

A beautiful house in a quiet area. In the summer it stays cool. Within a circle of about an hour (car) travel time, there are a lot of trips to make. We have been almost every day away (of 14 days) so there is plenty to do. The Kärnten Card is really a must. Lets you with gondolas on the mountain, or use pools. We had a fantastic holiday here!

Neat neat home in a beautiful environment that lends itself well to various (active) trips. Also suitable for small children. The path to next, part of the garden and forest beyond is steeply inclined, but for us this was no objection.

We have really enjoyed. The house is in perfect condition. Everything is there. The peace and quiet and yet everywhere nearby. Superb.

beautiful house with nice location. The village Rangersdorf what lies opposite is not much to do. But the village Lainach is fun and especially Hatzhof there you peasant buffet food (everything they do on the farm). A cärntencard is to command there are a lot of fun with.

Very quiet cottage right on the edge. Long walks possible from the house. Homestay very nice and helpful. The house is well maintained and clean. It is absolutely recommended.

been a week in the house. it is a beautiful, well cared for cottage. from here it is to do all kinds of things to visit / business properly. owners of the house are friendly and helpful. we have been there with our daughter of 22 months. and that is to do good. the only downside was that there was no internet connection.

Lovely quiet location, at the end of a (strong) sloping dead end. Late September is unfortunately out of season, so eg restaurants simply closed. In the season is much more to do in the area. From the garden you can directly into the forest, but this is anything but flat. The house is very clean, but cold quickly and we found the kitchen unpleasant smell. The bathrooms have been redone, somewhat small but very just. No internet (good quiet reading has some). A must for those seeking peace, we will not second book.

We had a very nice holiday house "" Kerschbaumer "," location and condition are really perfect to mention eminently suitable for families with small children (playground in the garden), the area is ideal for many wonderful trips, and family Kerschbaumer is very nice and attentive. Our vacation Kerschbaumer was really great! The house was lovely, clean, comfortable beds and everything is there. We, with three children under six years, have entertained us very well. In the house a slide, swing, trampoline and a securely fenced yard and then of course the forest at your fingertips! In the garden is always a place in both the sun and the shade. Kerschbaumer The family is very friendly and the area is really beautiful, greenery, waterfalls in every village and a good restaurant in Rangersdorf. We will definitely go! Everyone after us as we wish "n nice holiday if we have had!
