Apartment was not clean. Hair in the bathroom, dishes were not clean, lots of cobwebs, carpet was not clean. Were with 3 people and received a large bath towel and a small towel per person for 11 nights. Called Mr. Scott, we got an extra 5 towels pp. Towel was not clean had black stripes and stains on it. Beds were very good, so was the bathroom. The view was great! The decor was expensive, a pity that it is poorly maintained. Circles on the armchairs. Ice box had ice in it when we arrived. Nice apartment, was not completely clean. We just cleaned ourselves. Nice layout and all necessities were available. A downside: WiFi did not work, was known to the owner but was not resolved. Means extra costs for your phone use and you can't use the channels for which you need the router.Fons

The apartment has a fantastic view. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. In the village there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. A supermarket and bakery for the fresh rolls are nearby. The environment invites you to be active. There are beautiful hiking trails nearby. We also cycled a lot on the Tauernradweg.

The booked apartment was perfect from the layout, absolutely clean and left a very neat impression. There were only difficulties to find the apartment house Since the house numbers in Austria seem to be awarded according to the order of the building completion (for example, house number 772 next to number 218), the search was a bit tedious. The weather we were not spoiled in the holiday week, but you can not blame anyone. A directly adjacent children's playground was the main attraction for our grandchildren and compensated for the not perfect weather. All in all a perfect and clean place to stay a professional pre-care by Belvilla and later by the owner.

Piesendorf is a small village that grows on the success of Kaprun and Zell am See. It is a beautiful and quiet apartment and fully equipped. We were four and the apartment was big enough for us. Basically you can stay with eight people, but for this the apartment is actually too small. Four adults and four children would still go. All in all a must!

The holiday home is in a beautiful location, you have a great view of the Hohe Tauern and Kaprun from the two balconies. Zell am See is less than a 15-minute drive and there are many excursions that can be reached within a 20-minute drive. Through the village there is a train gate where daily driving both a regular and a steam train from Zell am See to Krimml and vice versa. The property was neat and clean on arrival. A great advantage is the presence of both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Cot and high chair are also available. There are two parking spaces for the building and further parking is available. The beds were fine, not hard and not soft. All the necessities were present. In each bedroom is a TV and there is ample closet space in all areas. The fridge is big enough and there is also a free-range freezer. There are two bathrooms with both a shower and sink. There are two toilets and a total of 6 beds and a bunk bed. The only downside I found was that a considerable amount of cleaning should be paid (€ 100, -), while leaving everything clean and tidy, according to the rules of the house. Certainly because you have to leave at 9:00 on the day of departure. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday that the holiday home certainly contributed.

The apartment is at the end of a small street above Piesendorf. It looks like the picture 's bigger than it is, but the view from the living room is beautiful. The rooms are not huge but more than adequate, same for the bathrooms. All in all it is definitely worth the money.

The arrival went messy because it was not clear where the entrance of the apartment was and how we could get the key. After this became clear, it was a warm welcome in a neatly kept apartment. We had a great vacation in a beautiful apartment. The view is amazing. The facilities in the apartment are fine. You can easily walk from the location. Also reach the beautiful villages in the area easily by car. Or by train. The Grimmler Waterfalls, reservoir and other locations are very nice to visit. Entertainment enough.

A long-cherished desire to go with our three sons and their girlfriends in winter, partly by Belvilla, became a huge success. Nice house, modern, well-equipped and situated in a beautiful place, with wonderful views of the mountains. The village Piesendorf was admittedly somewhat isolated on the slopes of Zell am See and Kaprun, but by car it was to do, to be quickly on the spot. Piesendorf offers no apres-ski or other entertainment, so the youth have little to look for them, but with a drink and a game we have homemade cozy. A must, therefore!
