What a nice holiday home: super clean, spacious, comfortable, Dutch books and games available and an extensive kitchen inventory. The location is also nice. Lots to do nearby.

Everything was good. House was comfortable and clean. Communication with house keeper was very good.

Great house where we had enough space with 8 people. Nice living room / dining area. Very spacious kitchen where you could find everything that was needed. We only missed a regular coffee maker, which can be seen in the photos. Finding out how the hob works was still a big job, but it worked. We didn't get the TV on the satellite channels, but we left it that way. House is in a village with bakery and supermarket and about a fifteen minute drive from the slopes of Kaprun and Zell am see. The arrival was not nice. After a 13-hour drive, the key to the house was not found at the hotel where you had to collect the key. The previous tenant had not returned the key. We finally had to wait almost 2 hours for the key to be brought by the housekeeper, did get a drink from the hotel, but after such a long drive this is not what you want. Tip for the owner: get a spare key at the hotel, that prevents a lot of trouble.

Beautiful location of the house. Collecting the key went smoothly. Supermarket and bakery within walking distance. Very spacious home, sanitary fine. Cleanliness ok, but should get a thorough cleaning, a lot of dust everywhere. Fabric armchair in the living room with stains, we have put a cloth of our own over it. The hob did not work on arrival, the occupant on the ground floor was aware of this, and provided a temporary solution within 2 days.

Upon entering (on the 1st floor), you have a spacious double room on your right and next to it a single bed. On the left you have a beautiful bathroom, while you are taking a shower you look at the mountains. You will also find the washer / dryer here. Then you walk past the (beautiful) open kitchen, which was well equipped with everything. The living room has a sitting area and separate seating area. The benches were due for replacement (sagging) and the chairs at the dining table had their best time. On the 2nd floor you will find 3x double rooms, all with a sink. In addition, one room has a (separate) cot. You will also find a toilet and shower on this floor. 1 room did have the problem that the door could not open completely because of the bed. In the village you will find the bakery 100m away. If you want to eat out, we recommend you go to Gasthof Zur Pinzgauerin. You will also find a restaurant at the lake. In 15 minutes you are at the lifts of Zell am See, in 20 minutes that of Kitzbühler Alpen.In the village you can make very nice walks.

Friendly reception. Property feels like coming home. Cozy and homely with plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. Niedernsill is not big but with a bakery, large supermarket and a number of inexpensive restaurants within walking distance. As far as we are concerned, perfect. We were also able to work well with our dogs.

Beautiful house, equipped with all the things and comfort you need and even more than that. Highly recommended!!!

The reception and the key handover worked flawlessly. The large apartment is located directly opposite a hotel in which we have taken the key to the apartment. Incidentally, food is also very good in the hotel. The apartment itself there are no major complaints. The apartment is comfortably furnished and nothing is missing in the kitchen. The apartment was handed over in a clean condition. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room with dining area as well as a double bedroom and single bedroom, bath / shower (separate toilet) and washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable and modern. The three double bedrooms in the attic are functional. The bathroom in the attic is a bit smaller but does its job. All in all, the stay was very pleasant for us (6 adults and 4 kids). What I would personally suggest is attaching towel rails in the bathrooms. Furthermore, the vacuum cleaner should be replaced. The performance of this device was almost at 0. It would also be considered to clean the couches and the armchair in the living room. It did not bother us as we were traveling a lot (ski vacation) but it was to be seen that we were not the first to sit on it. As I said! For us, the stay in the apartment was absolutely fine and Recommended.

Our first Impression was very good. Lovley and clean. Very nice and big living room with big table, where we can stay together. Nice kitchen. Nothing bad to say. Everything was perfekt.
