The Zell am See-Kaprun ski area with over 400 km of pistes is only 14 km away, and the ski bus stop is only 200 m from the house. During summers, you can cool off in the nearby Niedernsill bathing lake or dive into the crystal-clear water in Zell am See.

The holiday apartment, which is very cosy due to the many wooden furniture and fittings, has a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a TV in the living room and bedroom. You can park on-site.
