This detached holiday home is located in Mittersill in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Salzburgerland and is divided into 2 completely separate, modern holiday apartments, which you can rent individually or together.
This holiday apartment (semi-detached house) for a maximum of 10 people has a large living room with a sofa bed and direct access to a large terrace, an open fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor you will find 3 modernly furnished bedrooms (one with 2 stackable beds), some with their own bathroom or shower. From the wonderful balcony you have a breathtaking view of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The holiday apartment also has a ski storage room and a carport.
Mittersill offers direct access to the well-known Kitzski ski area (Kitzbühel - Kirchberg - Mittersill). From Mittersill, you can take the Kitzbüheler Alpen Panoramabahn directly to the Resterkogel mountain station with perfectly groomed slopes, numerous off-pistes and a snow park. The entire ski area offers 233 kilometers of slopes and can be reached via 11 access lifts. Mittersill and the surrounding area also offer many other sporting winter activities such as cross-country skiing, tobogganing and snowshoeing.
Mittersill is known in summer for its many activities and its central location in Salzburgerland. The immediate surroundings offer numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities as well as an 18-hole golf course. You can also explore the surrounding area by bike using the Tauern cycle path. In summer, the public outdoor pools in Mittersill and Stuhlfelden as well as the Hollersbach bathing lake offer lots of cooling off and swimming fun!
Directly in Mittersill there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

The house is very spacious and clean. The surroundings are fantastic. Gladly again!
The house is spacious and we had a nice week. On arrival we received the key via a safe and upon entering the house had not been cleaned (beds were still dirty from the previous guests). After calling the contact person on site twice, we were told that we had to go to the other house (house consists of two rental units). This one was less in terms of facilities (no sauna as described in our description. The house where we then came was cleaner, but not compared to other houses that we rented through Belvilla. First put the dishes in the dishwasher and cleaned a few kitchen cabinets We put our stuff in there and we used them for the week. Beds are very good (seemed fairly new) and each room has its own shower (no bath) so you can certainly go here with larger families. but 8 people is no problem.The house is close to the village which is within walking distance.Supermarket can walk (spar) but we drove by car to the larger supermarket, but that is only a 2 minute drive.Enough to do in the neighborhood (including Krimml wasserfalle, Hintersee).
House very quiet in a cul-de-sac located not far from centrum.Schoonheids mistakes that can certainly be improved, including toilet door latch at the top, infrared cabin door is just hanging loose and ready to fall, garden was strewn with paper, fireworks, etc., kitchen utensils were not clean, kitchen cupboard hangs crookedly, no correct lids on cooking pots, the Ikea plates are worn and full of scratches, the cutting boards are red instead of white due to incorrect washing in the dishwasher, storage room is full of rubbish and dirty laundry, very chaotic order. was sufficiently spacious, sinks, showers and bath were okay as well as the beds.
Our stay last year was nice. This year there were new beds, garden furniture and barbecue! Nice weather made it an unforgettable holiday. On arrival we only vacuumed. The cleaning was neat!
