Great environment to be in. Unfortunately I can call that less of the apartment! Fine to spend two weeks, but very dated and in need of a major renovation and refurbishment to be able to receive holidaymakers again for many years in this great central location near Zell am See!

February 2020

Nice welcome, a real welcome!

July 2019

Arrival was polite but welcome we did not really feel. The house was upstairs very, very warm. If the weather had been sunny all the time, it would hardly have endured there. The TV downstairs was not available for plenty of dishes. The mattress on which our son slept was not comfortable. He felt every spring. What also bothered us was that the housekeeper twice in the morning in the garden and right in front of our window the flowers poured, while we sat at the breakfast table. Several times someone was in the garden at z. B. to get a wheelbarrow next door. Privacy is different. But the environment was really nice.

March 2019

We would arrive later than the scheduled arrival time. Called about this in advance and indicated that we would arrive around 7 p.m. That was good and the hostess was waiting for us.

February 2019

Nice spacious house. Dated, but clean. Nice location! Large garden. The manager is a "thingy". Reasonably gruff and it seems like she does not enjoy it much. She does not give you the feeling that you are welcome.

August 2018

We were well received By a dear lady, accommodation was a little dated but clean and tidy, and the environment was fantastic.

July 2018

Arrival after a long drive was very good. We had called the homeowner on the way that we arrived later.

March 2018

Let's start with the good -) The proximity to the ski resorts is great. Although we had to go by car, although the ski bus stop should be in the immediate vicinity. Only in March no bus left there. The stop in 800m distance in the place, drove there ONE. All other buses were regular buses and had to be paid accordingly - (oh, there it goes now in the negative) A bus to Saalbach, and one to Zell am See After Kaprun one must in Zell am See, which is alright But if the bus had not driven there only once in the early morning. But by car it was okay.At the Kitzsteinhorn there is a bush saddle from the lower parking lots.We were there during the Easter holidays 2018. Except for the Easter weekend ( There was no problem with getting a parking lot in Zell am See.) Zell am See is 10 minutes away by car Shopping Hofer is also in Zell am See (Schüttdorf), but also in Saalfelden a Hofer, as well as a large Spar so shopping center In Maishofen itself is a small Sparladen.Ein large garden belongs to this house, although also fenced, but not fenced dog safe Part hunter fence (1m), his bes has times past, partly only cross boards, so that dogs down under, in between or just go with big and above it. Was for us, freewheel only when we were there.ok, in winter not so bad, in summer this would be a Ausschlussgrund.Zum house The specified ski cellar does not exist! But the hall is very big and well furnished for jackets and shoes. Is sufficient. Ski can be put in the garage. Unfortunately, the specified second TV was missing. Only upstairs in the living room was a TV. Downstairs, not in the dining room. With 5 people, including 3 kids, it will be difficult to agree. Too bad, would otherwise have brought one yourself. The bunk beds found our boys great

December 2017

Environment fine between 3 major ski resorts.
