The rooms in the top 10 are very nice. But there should be a second table so that 4 or 6 people can sit on the beautiful balcony to eat. The water tap in the kitchen is not fixed and can therefore be rotated, so it is very important must be hot or cold. I informed the people there and learned that this has already been communicated to the owner. But nothing has changed. The pillows in the rooms are filled with plastic parts or plastic parts on them you can't sleep well. If a week there in the summer now costs 1450 - what we paid for the three of us, then it should have decent cushions and not plastic. The coffee pot is broken, has a major crack in the glass. When I asked, I got the answer that the owner already knows this. Great information and what happens if the glass comes loose and you drink it? Since I've been in the top 10 again and again for more than 10 years (I think 5 times) I was amazed that the storage space was 3 cupboards for hiking boots and backpacks is locked immediately after the entrance door on the left. In the bedroom on the left side of the balcony and in the living room there are remains of flies in the large ceiling lamps. When I asked if it could be cleaned, I heard that it was only cleaned once a year. Sorry for so much money a week, everything should work and there shouldn't be any explanations.
The apartment is superb. Clean spacious and fully equipped. Atmosphere full decor if you like bling. The view is great partly because the balcony runs around the entire apartment.
Very good location and pleasant reception. Nice clean spaces. Good finish and equipped with everything.
Very spacious and beautifully furnished apartment for 6 people. Extensive kitchen inventory. From the breakfast table you look at the lift station, so very close. There is little to no apres ski in the immediate vicinity, but we did not miss that. Sled slope is next door (but do a job yourself). Reception by Katja was friendly and personal.
The accommodation was exactly as in the photos: beautifully situated, spacious and luxurious and fully equipped. With the terrace on three sides there was always a place in the sun or in the shade. The location was nice and quiet with a beautiful view over the Hohe Tauern. The main road over Pass Thurn did cause some noise when you sleep with the windows open. A chalet is currently being built on the other side of the ski lift, which also caused noise early on. This will be ready next season. The chalet is also situated in a quiet area without many facilities in the immediate vicinity. However, you can order fresh bread at the reception every morning and you will be in Mittersill in 10 minutes for groceries or nice restaurants. In the area there is plenty to do for nature lovers: The panorama cable car is right next to the apartment and with the car you can easily reach Kitzbühel, Kaprun or Krimml. If you book for two weeks, you might expect that a towel change is included at least after the first week. However, this was not the case. They are not large amounts, but rather scanty.
Great location, wonderfully close to the gondola. Very tastefully decorated and neatly cared for. Beautiful ski area and much quieter than expected in the spring break. Glad that sandwiches could be ordered at the accommodation. Towels were simply present. We did not understand that from the description. The only bad thing was the damaged wooden floor. Our boys have suffered splinters in feet and knees. Would not recommend it in the current state with small children.
Great location, great apartment, great ski area! Very friendly staff.
Good reception. Guided tour of the accommodation and information from the owner. Accommodation was super cozy. Clean. Environment great for skiing. Accommodation directly on the lift.Cozy restaurant on site and sandwich service. In short, a must.
Great organization, nice welcome and good care and an absolutely great accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired!
Beautiful, spacious and perfectly clean apartment. The apartment has been furnished with great care and attention. Things like kitchen equipment, (atmosphere) lighting and other furnishings are more than average, and everything works. There are balconies on three sides of the house, one of which is a wide balcony at the front (facing south) with a view of the Hohe Tauern. Left and right there are no balconies of neighbors, you are therefore pretty free. As always, we were warmly welcomed and informed by Berni. We felt right at home and we enjoyed a nice week of summer vacation. There are many things to do in the area that are also fun for children within a maximum of 45 minutes. This was the fourth time in 7 years that we rent an apartment in this complex. Our first foreign holiday with the children was also here. It remains one of our favorites!
Great location, very cozy apartment, nice lady lady. The great wooden floor had its pitfalls. Six adults had splinters in their feet, and a crawling child had splinters on his knees and hands every day.
Super, very friendly and helpful!
