"Repeat offender" It was also the 2nd time a very nice holiday in a very nice, large and well-kept flat. The location is good for excursions. To Italy, to the glacier or even to Innsbruck. There are so many possibilities. We really enjoyed our stay again and would love to come back.

The landlords are very hospitable and the flat is large and comfortable. It is furnished with attention to detail and well equipped. We felt very comfortable. The Bergeralm ski area is easily accessible and ideal for families. Gladly again.

Great flat in great area. The flat was exactly as pictured and has a secluded location with a great view. Everything you need was there and the flat was very clean. You immediately feel very comfortable and can enjoy your holiday right away. Franz and Sonja give valuable tips and are totally lovely. Absolutely recommend and we will come again.

Kienast really is a lovely place to stay. Sonja and Franz are extremely hospitable and make you feel extra comfortable by surprising you several times during the week with some goodies. The flat is very spacious and is really fully equipped. The whole flat is very neat, heartily clean and feels tremendously cosy. I really wouldn't know where you would find better accommodation for this amount of money! Last year we tipped about the bed and this year it was just fixed, now that's hospitality!

We (a couple around 60) had a super nice time in Pfons with Sonja and Franz in the second half of January. Large, lovingly furnished flat (on the first floor, above is another somewhat smaller flat), pleasant contact with the landlords with tips or just nice exchanges about everything. Franz regularly lit the fireplace for us - a real treat after a long stay in the snow. And as a surprise, we had a taste of home-made delicacies. Conveniently located for us between Innsbruck and Brenner / South Tyrol, for excursions to the side valleys of the Wipptal and towns by bus. Thank you for a wonderful time! Beate

Fantastic holiday flat with plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen. The furnishings are top notch and everything is there. The landlady even put up a Christmas tree, thank you very much for that! The nearby skiing area is small but nice and especially suitable for smaller children. We had a great holiday!

A really great holiday flat! Beautiful and quiet location with a great view. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nevertheless not far away. The flat has everything you need, is very clean and also very spacious. The landlords take loving care of the house and guests. We would love to come back again!

Very spacious, very complete and very clean

Our family of 4 (kids 7y, 12y) stayed with Sonja and Franz for 2 weeks. The apartment is huge, spotless and well equipped (you even receive towels). The location is handy for the Wipptal and Inssbruck and at the same time quiet and with great views. Especially that the Gastkarte allows the use of public transport - for free! Franz and Sonja were very hospitable. We even received a welcome present at arrival, and useful information, and one at our leave. Sonja is always present for help or questions. Three months in advance we found out that we had to (unfortunately) shorten our (initially 3 week-) stay by one week... Villa for You was at hand and this proved for our hosts no problem and without extra cost. And compared to other accomodations... the renting price is very affordable... So why hesitate, as you read we had a great time and thankful for Sonja and Franz... Kim, Wannes, Florien and Stefan (Belgium)

We spent a wonderful holiday in this great flat. The light-flooded kitchen is new and perfectly equipped. Everything is in top condition and very well maintained. The nice landlords gave us really good tips on where we could go skiing and hiking as a family. You feel welcome right away. The location of the flat is also very convenient. Several ski areas can be reached by car in 20 minutes. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come again. Verena
