Beautiful spacious family house with a beautiful location in a beautiful environment for those who love peace and quiet.

We were a few hours early, but that was no problem. We were immediately given the keys because luckily the house was already clean!

It was a beautiful house, wonderfully spacious, lots of light through the large windows and therefore a beautiful view, cool bedrooms and fully equipped. Unfortunately, on arrival little information about the area or where the tourist office was to be found. A wonderful restaurant in the park, nice Dutch owner and the pool was great. Nice and close. Enough activities in the area. Had a really nice holiday. Cons: fly a lot, renting through chalet plus is cheaper.

Receptionist gave us not only the keys, but also a welcome package with local delicacies. Top.

We were kindly received at the reception, and the cottage was just below. Only the guiding letter was unclear we had nr 136 and the key you could get on 136a.De people do not read well and thought they were in house 136, so many calls on Saturday night. But otherwise it was fine.

Nice winter holiday with the family, good reception, cozy spacious house. In winter conditions it is certainly recommended to the chains to impose to the woning.De overcrowded Skibus to Königsleiten is 45 min., Hochkrimml is three 35 min. what was too long for us.

In a beautiful snowy village we arrived at the beautiful house (Traumhütte). The house looked neat, neat and cozy. The parking garage beneath the house was ideal, so that the car could be parked without snow. The rooms were tidy (2 large bedrooms and 2 slightly smaller ones), the bathrooms and the toilet were clean and everything worked well. Upstairs, where the living room is located, you enter a cozy room with a great view through the many windows. From the living room you stand directly on the balcony where you have a beautiful view. The kitchen was complete and tidy and there is a fireplace in the living room. From the house you can drive to the slopes in half an hour, or you can take the ski bus that stops within walking distance of the house. You are also within a few minutes at the Kristallbad, which is a very nice pool. We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful house and maybe we will come back again!

Very nice area, lots of walking possibilities (also with children). There is a lot to do to experience an active holiday.

The property was very neat on arrival. Beautiful setting, lovely quiet and beautiful view. Very convenient to get directly into the house from the parking garage. Nice balcony with nice lounge set. Very nice that it could be locked in. Small children (inside idem). The doors of the kitchen cabinets may be lubricated / adjusted. We missed a teapot and a scissors. In the kitchen area we missed mood lighting. But those things have not gone off to a wonderful holiday!

Nice quiet area, walking with pool 5 minutes. Both great for summer and winter. Runs its own transport fine to drive +/- 30 min to Koningsleiten. For the summer you can go to the waterfalls, museums or a nice walk. Cottage was fine care of with plenty of wood for the fireplace.

Upon arrival, report to a reception where you will be helped quickly. Cottage is contemporary and equipped with all comforts. Great base for ski holidays. Just drive to hochkrimml from which you can also reach Konigsleiten.

first rented a house through Belvilla! Super love it! Good communication via email! Super cottage! Clean, big enough! All comfort! Everything presence of washing machine and dryer to iron, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc ..

The house is functionally furnished with nice living \/ dining area with stove, suitable for smaller children and fairly new and well maintained. The bedrooms are but partially narrow and with little storage space. The house is parallel to the valley in the second row, so the view is unfortunately limited. House is centrally located in forest but not directly at the ski resort. In the advertised extensively Zillertal Arena number of buses - in the surrounding, not advertised, but more favorable Wildkogelarena with excellent sledding opportunities are there but there is little public connections. Admission to the very close pool is included.

We spent two relaxing weeks in this very cozy wooden house in beautiful surroundings.

A beautiful area !! A spacious house with all mod cons. The cleaning costs are indeed expensive. It was quite dusty and we had many problems with ants. This was very unfortunate. Plumbing was however perfectly clean. A lovely veranda where we could sit with rain.

we are with 9 people spent a week at the resort. House liked fine luxury garage and cozy living space. Well every day by car / bus to slopes in Krimml to drive (15 minutes). Delicious meal in the restaurant next to the house! 2 bathrooms, one with bath and unfortunately limited ability shower.

Lovely house and super again this year was the basis for all successful holiday.

We had a fantastic week skiing with 8 people in Wald Im Pinzgau, only the distance to the nearest piste really do 20 minutes by car and 35 minutes by bus. Furthermore, the house is beautifully situated overlooking the mountains. The car is fine to park in the garage under the house. In short, perfect house, wrong location (which is why we will choose not so quickly for this property)

A great holiday right next to the crystal bath, where it gives free entry daily. One can complain about anything. It was thought of everything and it was all a perfect holiday. The accommodation is well maintained and leaves nothing to be desired. The service all around was excellent.

We spent 2 weeks everything done. The organization Unterwurzacher had fun things for the kids, they have the high ropes course and the Whitewater Tubing gedaan.Ook we walked many walks. Innsbruck and Kitzbuhel even visited. In short vemaakt fine.

Wald im Pinzgau, good tourist service. Supermarket, bakery. Unfortunately, free ski Pool Kristallbad provides no fitness facility.

We were 10 people including three children. Not everyone of us went skiing. For those who stayed, there was not only the beautiful pool little or nothing to do at Wald .. The distance to ski slopes are at a considerable distance from Wald (about 45 minutes by ski bus. (Car 20 minutes.) Skiregions is fine!

had excellent holiday! we were 2 families (4volw.en 4 children) in one chalet. the children enjoyed themselves in the beautiful crystaline, and you can further make beautiful trips for adults. and children in the omgeving.de beds were fine! and the chalet looked nice from the outside and inside really worth!

The house and the village are the agr . L "access to Kristallbad pool is a good place for children (note access once a day only). Proximity to Krimml Falls (a few kms) and beautiful walking and cycling.

The house is new, modern and equipped with high standards. The processing of wood and glass is easy to feel good! In the surrounding area you can find everything you need. The connection to the ski areas is excellent. Alternatively, you can take the ski bus or car to Koenigsleiten / Hochkrimmel / Gerlos - Filzstein or go to the forest bird. Driving time max. 30 minutes of romantic mountain range overlooking the Krimmer waterfalls. The booking with home delivery in the crystal worked perfectly. There's even a delivery service that was offered to us in the handover meeting. Our chalet had two parking spaces in an underground garage. The amount is sufficient for a Mercedes Vito minibus with roof box. In the huge ski area is something for everyone. In adverse weather conditions, we have the experience that it is worth it to move from one peak to another. Once there, then we had better weather conditions.

Basically, we were pleased with the house, but unfortunately, the division of the room was not what we had booked. It should have two double rooms and a quadruple room on the ground floor and a twin room in OG I be present. Wonderful holiday thanks to the house that was fully equipped. "In the morning bread service," the evening enjoy the fireplace lit during skiing running the dishwasher if necessary there is a washing machine. Lovely beds. Be short but we had onseigen duvets duvet included not suffer van.Verder beautiful surroundings with beautiful slopes. Nice wide, fun rides much parkeergelegenheidbij pistes.De the boys' in the evening still enjoying the Kristallbad swam so well too busy while wijeten kookten.Ook in the summer I think a beautiful area to stay with lots of possibilities for excursions.

Fine, waterfalls particularly

The chalet is perfectly situated between two ski areas. We have 6 adults and a toddler of 2 beautiful vacation in a spacious and excellent / complete chalet. Wifi is fine and Dutch satellite TV was a surprise. Kitchen fully equipped. Beds fine. Also surprising was that snowfall every morning the streets and driveways were cleaned. There is a ski bus, but by car you are in 15 minutes to the slopes (Hochkrimml).

Separate car parking garage with direct access into the house.The ski regions can easily by car (or ski) reached in 30 to 45 minutes (until cell am Ziller). We had a very nice and pleasant holiday. Beautiful large chalet, spacious kitchen, bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 floors. In the summer it remains so in the bottom floor cool. As a pastime, there are many games available, a nice flat screen and DVD players. Unfortunately, no Dutch channels. The kiosk in the village selling Dutch newspapers. The washer and dryer are available in the basement, easily accessible via a corridor. Ideal was the garage, on hot days, the car remains cool. Setting: stunning mountain views. Krimml Waterfall is a must. To eat out is the Kirch Tube a good choice. We have a lovely meal. The food at the restaurant by the pool is also great and more affordable. (Tip: the mayonnaise in Austria is not comfortable, take your own along). A village like Mittersill is fun to go shopping. Want some more driving Zell am See is beautiful! With the gondola to the top of the mountains in Neukirchen is great on a sunny day you have a fantastic view over the valley for the messages about the Spartans at 500 meters. The house is ideal for people who enjoy hiking. Indoor pool a few steps. Super home!

Our holiday in Austria was very enjoyable. We a were 2 familys with children aged between 1 and 17, it was no problem to entertain everyone including the adults. The house itself was ok not a 5 star house Compared to other houses we have rented but none the less comfortable. The swimming pool was great there for the rainy days Which were very few but it kept the kids happy. Would not think twice about going back there.

The scenery was beautiful as you would have good weather and that we had not just rained and then you have no business there. The site consists of a monastery houses and 5 no fun no shop no bar is for older people or people who want a lot of walking and cycling, then (with nice, dry weather) a wonderful stay.

Ideal with all comforts. Very spacious and comfortable and with a stunning view. The playground is great for kids.

We are still in a completely alien environment ended in a stunning, as good as new and functional home. There was sleeping (and also just ok) for 10 people. Wald is a very small town with only 2 restaurants. 1 Restaurant you need a day in advance reservation, the food there is delicious and not expensive but it is therefore within approximately one hour weather outside (assembly line work) is not very cozy. Haus Schiffer in a cottage Belpiano is a fine holiday. There are downsides: the curtains are slightly too narrow and the shutters on the outside of the house do not close properly. Our experiences were very good. Nice houses, nice pool and sauna facilities within walking distance. Also a large Spar supermarket around the corner. Tip: You can rent ski equipment is not in the sports shop in the house but do it at Intersport location near the lifts. With seven we have a nice winter (sport) had a holiday, partly thanks to the fine house that we had available. It was a beautiful, charming, cozy and luxurious house with enough space for everyone. The view and location were excellent. From all sides we could see the snowy peaks. We enjoyed the presence of the fireplace. Every night we were together, with a good fire, tell the stories of the day, of course accompanied by a glass of beer or wine. Not only skiers, but also the hikers could go either way. We also recommend a trip by horse-drawn sleigh through the woods of Forest and environment. It is useful when a car is available, if you want to go to the different slopes. There certainly drive ski buses, but the convenience factor. Finally, we must not forget the sandwiches from the local bakery to mention. Although there is a sandwich service, it is a nice walk early in the morning. Again, we have had a wonderful holiday and will be in the books for sure next year this house and this area think. It is a beautiful chalet, both inside and out, plenty of space and comfort for 8 personen.Ook to the children in mind: there is not only a video and DVD player as well as the (dutch) films are present in large numbers . Also a buggy and a sled belonging to the inventory, very convenient. Opened in December 2007 pool is really contrast schitterend.Het village Wald in Pinzgau notes, however nothing. There's nothing really to do. There is a bakery, a church and a restaurant. Under the pool has recently established a sports shop where ski equipment can be rented. The Königsleiten ski area is about 20 kilometers away from the chalet and to agree on a toll road (maps are provided free of charge by the landlord) or a steep bergweg.De road that runs right past / below the chalet gives a lot geluidsoverlast.Concluisie: beautiful house in the wrong area.
