Holiday Home Heidi

Very nice house, recently renovated and with a well-equipped kitchen, the furnishings were very new and modern, everything was fine; WiFi available. Very nice landlady, we would love to come back to this house.

It is a very nice apartment on two floors with a small terrace. Furnished in a modern style and quite centrally located. Few steps further there is Billa shop. Bakery within five minutes walking distance. The pictures speak for themselves. The only thing only if you drive at this time is pollen time. All the stuff is in the house. But the owners can't help it. The house was cleaned.

Top villa with spacious rooms. Super equipped kitchen 2 min from the ski lift with a large supermarket next door.

Upon arrival someone quickly present for the transfer. Very satisfied with the house. clean and complete.

Accommodation was not very clean, especially the floor was greasy and dingy. There was a layer of dust on the TV and other equipment. The couch in the living room is by far worn, suspension and woodwork almost comes through the upholstery. Parking is a problem. You can only lose one car, another vehicle had to be on the sidewalk.

Although the general impression was good, there are still some critical remarks to make - it was stated that at 1 p.m. the holiday home could be involved, which ultimately ended at 2 p.m. was € 250 in cleaning costs asked, this is not appropriate for the high level of dirt on the floors. During our stay there has been a total power outage. because it was not known where the earth leakage circuit breaker was to be called to the owner. This turned out to be in the basement of another part of the holiday home. Brixen im spoken with Wilder Kaiser beautiful skiing destination. The house is located about 1 km from the lift. The bus leaves at the corner, but you can walk very good if you use storage at the skiverhuurder to the elevator. The supermarket is around the corner. House has a busy road at the front and a railway line at the back but we have not experienced as annoying. The house is well suited for larger groups but there must be consideration for continuing to invest in the house (ie. Glass / beds / bedding), and especially more hygiene (quick fix by paying more attention above).

Very nice and luxury accommodation !! Ideal to stay with a larger group! There is a supermarket around the corner and a bus stop nearby, ideal! As has also run fine to do the ski lift.

We spent about eight, four adults and four children, a week at the Haus Heidi. The house is located on the main road from Brixen what a bad sleeper may well cause problems. Clean apartment with good interior. Supermarket and ski bus loopafstand.Verhuurd for 15 people, but interior was designed for only 12.Stroom failed during our stay 2x. You could not shower all in succession, because the boiler capacity was not sufficient. This is ridiculous. We were a group who want to shower do everything as naturally after skiing

We had a super great holiday in Haus Heidi. We were greeted very friendly by the owner and were already put our suitcases in the morning in the house. So we could enjoy our vacation already when you arrive. The house was exactly as described and super nice. The device and the layout was perfect for us. We stayed with 3 families in the house. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing we missed was 1 or 2 parking spaces! For so many people only 2 parking quite wenig.Außerdem is standing in the description that a DVD player would be available, which was not however the case. Since no towels in the house are included, it would be advantageous if a washing machine and possibly a dryer available wäre.Aber all in all, the house is recommended and we will definitely return!

The house was nice and tidy and absolutely great for our group of 10 people. Unless you use for families with kids I wouldn "t recommend it for more than 10 people.Although officially there are 6 sleeping rooms Mentioned there are in fact just 5. One room got 2 beds, all other got 3 beds. One of those 3 bed rooms has two parts but just a curtain and no door in between.But as Mentioned before this what all good for our group of 10 friends skiing for one week.The interior is modern but still very comfortable. The kitchen is big enough and features a dish washer and a really big refrigerator.The 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets might be short for some groups so be prepared to split times between showers.The location is great for not using the car at all. There is a supermarket, a tobacco shop and a sky bar nearby. So you can reach many restaurants just up to 10 minutes by foot. We can recommend the Brixnerwirt (between the church and the Sparkasse) Which is reasonably priced and offers great food.Our hosts were very nice and Reacted When We had some very fast requests.All in all this is a great place Which many people will like.

Great location with easy access to local shops, restaurants and ski bus. Very comfortable accommodation. An additional sofa in the living area would have been good as we were a large party with older children. Excellent showers! The dishwasher had wheels missing from one of the loading trays which made it difficult to load and unload. The kitchen was a little tight on space. The DVD player was not working and although this was reported was not fixed during our stay. This was a disappointment as we had brought with us films to watch during our stay. Although the property overall was clean we found items that had been left under beds and also a lot of dust under them too. The front bedroom was affected by traffic noise as the property was located close to the main road of the village.

We have been in the house Heidi from 8 February to 15 February and it was delicious. A total of 11 adults and 3 small children. The layout of the house is ideal because the people who were on without children had the upstairs and the two families were sleeping in the basement. So you did not "suffer" from each other. And the house is also super insulated so if there was a crying child "night they got up there nothing about it. Otherwise a very spacious house, ideal for a large group. A separate room for your skis' s is super. The ski bus stops almost outside the door but the car was to the gondola also perfect to do. Many parking spot. And the skiing was great! It was super nice, cozy and modern cottage, as we felt at home. All rooms, incl. The sanitary equipment were perfectly adequate for our group and, of course, sufficiently established. The owners were very friendly. All in all we had a great stay and would book the same house in any case again.

Despite the lesser snow we had a good holiday. Nice house with a nice garden. Do we have a winter BBQ held.

We come now for the 3rd year in the house Heidi.Het is a lovely house with enough space for the kids to spelen.Wij this year for the first dinosaur park in Weiding been really a must have for small kinderen.Ook we have a 3 days gondolas card we have taken in Brixen been there themselves they also have a game for the warm lake dagen.De next day we Hopfkarten from the gondola gone up and so we had to Hexenwasser This is a water park for small and older children in a theme of witches and wizards is very nice and verkoelend.Zo we walked a lot and hope also seen Krimmler laundry we have fallen and we aangedaan.Onze Kufstein holiday is over but for the ones who go ernog have fun

Located in the village located spacious house with very good Ausstattung.Lediglich the rooms in the basement are not so great, but at least one of them even in summer reasonably habitable. Beautiful spacious like new home in nice place.

A beautiful home, even for large groups. Sufficient space in the bedroom and living room. A bit cramped in the kitchen and the shower with a water heater is not really ideal for a large group.

It is a cozy, clean house. There were 9 persons, including 1 child of 3 years. The room in the house had anyone who wished, his / her privacy. A delicious lounchset in the garden on the south. The supermarket is 2 houses away, so delicious hot sandwiches in the morning early. It is definitely a home to return with a large group of people.

Dear landlord, holiday home The Heidi We really like it. The house was large and roomy for our family of 9 people and we lacked for nothing. We are very well received by Mr. Hans de Groot, who gave us many tips for excursions in the area. The distances to various places such as Zell am See and the waterfalls and / or Kaprun are very doable. Also you can enjoy trout fishing near the village and take away. Additionally, you can easily take a train from Wörgl for example a trip to Innsbruck or Salzburg. Another attraction is the summer toboggan run in Saal Fields. For cyclists there are plenty of trail, so riding. We really enjoyed our holiday in Austria and will therefore like to address this by giving to others.

Good home for large families with children.

We have 6 adults and 2 colors. children a wonderful week skiing gehad.Het advantage of home Heidi is that nobody has bothered by you so you can enjoy your self.

The house is practical and effective furnished with good furniture, spacious bedrooms with perfect beds and also ideal for families with small balconies kinderen.De sit on the south side and with many sunny days this was a big plus for us.

Everything was perfect for each other. A very nice and spacious house, very ideal for 2 families (due bedrooms in the basement) We could even 2.5 hours earlier in the cabin so that was very nice.

Despite our untimely appearance at our house, we were pleasantly greeted by the manager. A tour of the house was ours, this house is really a must. Large bedrooms, a nice big living room with fireplace and flat screen TV with nederl.zenders. Kitchen with beautiful cabinets / drawers and enough pans, etc., even a dishwasher is not lacking.
