Quiet holiday home with infrared sauna
Kleblach - Lind, Carinthia, Austria
This fully-renovated holiday home is located in Kleblach-Lind, Austria. It is the perfect accommodation for a holiday with friends or family and offers a sauna so you can completely relax. You are nearly an hour’s drive from the Goldeck ski area, the Austrian ski resort in the Austrian Alps at an altitude of 560m, with 22km of marked runs. This ski area if best for all levels of skier ability. It also offers direct access to 22km of downhill skiing, with 12 marked pistes, served by a total of 7 ski lifts.
The house is situated in an idyllic and quiet valley, surrounded by glaciers in the north, the dolomites to the west and the lakes in the south and east. You can take walks and mountain bike tours through the rugged landscape. A convenience store and a restaurant can be found in 3 km.
You can enjoy your favourite book in the library, in the garden or in the balcony with a view. There are 2 parking spaces.
You can check-in from 3-6 PM whereas check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

The welcome was very friendly and open. The house was super well maintained, clean with a beautiful fenced garden. Good mattresses! Fewer activities to go with the family in the immediate vicinity. Take into account minus 30 minutes or more for travel time to family outings. Few other tourists which is nice too!
We had high expectations and they are more than met. The super welcome and the immaculate house made us forget the hours of traffic trouble. All comfort and household goods were abundantly present. Eg, not only the dishwasher and the espresso machine were present but also the accompanying washing and coffee tablets (not always self-evident). The Sodastream was also greatly appreciated by the kids. Enough knives, enough sockets, good wifi, enough (and fresh) bed and bath linen, etc. ... Spacious rooms, spacious living room, well-situated terrace, fenced, well-kept garden, BBQ, also here, etc ... You are traveling with a large family and you do not want to make concessions to rest, comfort and cleanliness, then this house is definitely recommended
Everything perfect! Super warm, love and kümmernde hosts. The house is furnished totally nice and cozy from top to bottom! Everything was available! Everything was perfect cleaned, clean and ordentlich.Man has simply felt from the first to the last day a fiddle! Everything is new yet cozy! The perfect holiday home to spend their holidays with family or friends. There was really nothing to complain about, just the opposite !! I can only highly recommend !!!! (
Both the welcome, and the neighborhood was super friendly. We felt over the long weekend in Almenblick very comfortable and would definitely come back! The assessment of the situation is related for the planned activities. Those seeking peace and relaxation with a wonderful panorama is here but certainly richtig.Herzlichen thanks for the hospitality
