Grocery 300 m, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake 1 km. Ski lift, gondola lift, ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Free welcome drink in the chalet Lawensalm, which belongs to the owner. Breakfast only possible in winter, to be specified when booking! Wellness: Steam bath, sauna, infrared cabin – Wellness area opening hours Sunday – Thursday 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (closed from May to November). 2. Parking only for 6 or more people!
