This luxurious, high-quality apartment for a maximum of 10 people is part of a modern residential complex and is located in the village of Viehhofen, just before the well-known ski resort of Saalbach-Hinterglemm and right next to the ski lift (Zell am See Express ). The practice slope and the descent to Saalbach-Hinterglemm are right next to the residential complex.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the residential complex and offers an attractive living room with a sofa bed furnished with authentic details, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 4 spacious bedrooms (one with an extra stackable bed, one with just a stackable bed) and 2 bathrooms. The large terrace offers a great view of the surrounding mountain landscape. There is a parking space reserved for your car in the underground car park. The residential complex also offers a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer and a washing machine.

The skibus brings you in just a few minutes in the wonderful Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes, 70 modern cable cars and lifts, over 60 cozy huts and numerous other attractions. With the ALPIN CARD ticket network from Skicircus with the Schmittenhöhe ski areas in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun, just one ticket opens up a supra-regional winter paradise with 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts in 3 premium ski regions!

In summer there are many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. The downhill track in the World Cup village of Leogang is literally around the corner. The Käpt"n Hook adventure pool with a water area of 1000 m2 with a water slide and wild water canal offers lots of bathing fun in summer. You can also reach Lake Zell in Zell am See in just 20 minutes and the Tauern Spa in Kaprun in 25 minutes.

Directly in town, in Saalbach-Hinterglemm or in Zell am See, there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection!

Here with 10 people, everyone has a good time of any age, very spacious apartment with covered garage, ski lifts within walking distance, ski area for everyone , also for walkers , is centrally located .

We have previously rented an apartment in residenz Drei Berge so we knew what we were going to get. They are beautiful apartments, luxurious, well located in relation to the (ski) bus and the gondola. The car can be parked in the p-garage under the complex.

It was great, well arranged on arrival. The apartment was more than adequate and very good, but striking was the higher temperature inside. Great to be able to park the car in the parking garage under the apartment including the elevator. The accommodation was perfect, was neatly cared for and everything needed was there and right next to the new elevator. Definitely recommended and something to remember for the future. The area has something for everyone, certainly because the area is so large and you are so to the other lift that brings you to the Saalbach Hinterglemm area with the ski bus that stops at the bottom of the accommodation. All in all a fantastic week

Super apartment. Without any complications. All of our requests were taken into account. We needed a needle and thread. Ms. Gruber hung it on our door the next day. The kitchen equipment could be refreshed and the TV in the living room could be a little bigger. But these are not negative points. The WiFi always works perfectly for 8 people at the same time in the network. The apartment now has a fourth room which was made available to us free of charge. A perfect ski vacation with perfect accommodation. Last departure ends right at the house. Just recommend it. Thanks for a wonderful 7 days.

Accommodation is spacious in design and looks fairly modern. Cons 3rd bedroom has a too small double bed. Temperature in the home unbearably warm. (had nothing to do with outside temperature. Environment is great, everything easily accessible.

Great accommodation and very clean. The TV in the living room could be bigger and in the third room the bed should be a bit bigger. Unfortunately only for two children.

The apartment is stylish and cozy as shown in the photos. However, there are some signs of wear and tear on walls, doors, floors, Gerschirr, bathrooms, which do not fully justify the high price. The bathrooms are inside and in all showers black mold despite fans. The rubber doors hang down on the balcony doors and the wooden floor has clear water damage especially in the area in front of the doors. In the kitchen, the high-quality equipment rather basic. No toaster, only a filter coffee machine, almost every piece of crockery has breakages, the rubber handles of the cooking utensils are melted like. With the uncoated pans it was very difficult to cook. There is no hair dryer or a radio, but fortunately a dryer which is not in the description. The beds are ok. The mattresses of the two double beds are not fixed on the sides so that they constantly slip apart. So everyone lies alone. A topper could solve this Ritzenproblem cheap and effective. In the bedroom with the bunk bed was just the smallest cabinet and no dresser. That is not so well thought out. We have forgotten to bring bath mat so you after the shower is not on the floor. Has the property management kindly borrowed. The bread service also worked great. The waste separation was confusing. The info flyer is not on the correct level. Organic waste is no longer separately. The motion detectors in the hallway were quite annoying. The light also stays on at night as soon as you enter the hallway. Unfortunately, you can not switch off by hand as we knew it from where else. The underground car park is very convenient and also with minivan including jetbag passable. The apartment was beautiful, we were 9 people and the room was very generous. The area we knew from previous holidays in Viehhofen, the apartment was new to us

Tel. reported to keyholder, was within 5m on the spot, friendly explanation and tour. Beautiful and very spacious app., Sufficient equipment in kitchen and comfortable beds! Bathrooms spacious enough and everything very clean! Beautiful surroundings and views, only downside is perhaps traffic along the road opposite acc., If the windows are open the traffic noise (moderate traffic) present. With closed windows it is quiet !!

We were wonderfully received by the hostess. After a long journey we were already in our apartment at 09.00. Our apartment was spacious, cozy, tidy and equipped with all convenience washer, dryer, oven and dishwasher. Environment is great, you have a beautiful valley run to the apartment, you are close to restaurants and the bread service is toppie. We really enjoyed it.

The accommodation is amazing in one word. Not the standard "holiday home", you feel right at home. I could live in that way. The surrounding area is magnificent although it is extinct in the ski resorts at this time. But well, that knew of previous holidays in Austria.
