Description

This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 8 people is located in a small chalet park in the lively town of Stadl an der Mur in Styria, near the famous Kreischberg ski area.

The chalet is cozy and furnished with lots of wood. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a cozy fireplace, a sofa bed and an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances. From the living room you have direct access to the large and partially covered terrace. There is a wonderful garden around the house. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom and a room to store your skis (including a ski boot warmers). On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, another bathroom and your own private sauna.

The town center of Stadl an der Mur is about a 15-minute walk away and offers various restaurants and inns, shops for daily shopping and a gas station. The two district capitals of Murau and Tamsweg are only about 20 minutes by car.

The chalet is in a perfect location to the neighboring ski areas Kreischberg (approx. 15 minutes) with 42 kilometers of slopes, Hirnkopf-Flattnitz (Glödnitz) in Central Carinthia (approx. 20 minutes) with 8 kilometers of slopes and 5 lifts, Turracher Höhe, one of the most diverse ski areas the Southern Alps with 43 kilometers of slopes and 15 cable cars and ski lifts (approx. 30 minutes), the Prebersee high-altitude cross-country ski run in approx. 30 minutes and the cross-country skiing area in Schönfeld - Innerkrems (approx. 40 minutes).

In summer, the Stadl leisure facility directly in Stadl an der Mur with a 7000 m2 swimming lake offers lots of swimming fun!
