Very tidy and clean apartment, very dear host mother and a very tasty apple strudel :))))) Apart from two of the old wooden doors, there is absolutely nothing to criticize or complain about (and the thing about the doors is already complaining on a high level). Peace, nature, everything you could want as a city dweller. We would like to come back, but unfortunately everything is fully booked for our appointment options in 2024. We wish you all the best and maybe see you soon :)

A wonderful holiday home with everything you need to have a wonderful skiing holiday. The ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun are nearby. A trip to the Saalbach-Hinterglem ski area is highly recommended (30 minutes by car). The sweet hostess provides a delicious schnitzel during your stay. We will definitely be back .. Highly recommended.

Great located apartment with enough space and equipped with many extras. Colorful rooms that bring the apartment to life. We stayed as a family with 3 children (9,3,2) for 4 nights in the apartment. From the balcony you have a great view of the mountain panorama. The environment is quiet and a playground was within walking distance. The apartment had EVERYTHING you need for living. Everything was super clean. There was enough space for the children to play. The apartment is also very child-friendly. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and served and felt comfortable from the first minute. It was a great week for us! Everything was well arranged! The landlady was really welcoming! The accommodation was clean! Everything is there what you need! An evening was even cooked / baked for us! The area is speechlessly beautiful. When you wake up in the morning, you start enjoying the fantastic view over the valley. Furthermore, the Sigmut-Tuhn-Klamm, Kitsteinhorn and the Krimml-Wasserfalle are highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation. Everything was available, which makes up a good household. We were warmly welcomed by our landlady and even cooked by her one evening. The environment invited to walks and to go for a walk. Also in this regard, we have got good tips from our landlady. We felt very comfortable, will gladly come back and can recommend this apartment.

The house is clean, slightly dated but everything is there, from bath towel to kitchen towel. Enough living space, we were 2 people. Nice couch. Owner was very welcoming, had a nice wine ready and she even cooked for us, schnitzels as doormats with salzantoffels and once apple strudel. Delicious! The house is centrally located but nice and quiet, close to Kaprun and Zell am See and you can rent your gear at Ski-Pro in Kaprun. You can have delicious food at restaurant Auhof in Kaprun. We really like good food and you can do that for a nice price and have been there a number of times. Coming December 2019 there is also a connection ready between the Maisgel mountain and Kitssteinhorn. Ideal!! Overall delicious.

Excellent arrival at Josefine. The apartment is spacious, neat and fully equipped. She had a baby bed ready for us when she read that we were with our daughter. As icing on the cake, she made 'butterkartoffeln mit schnitzels' on Wednesday and Thursday we got home-made apple strudel. Really delicious! Downstairs on the street a 10 minute wait is a small supermarket, at the top of the road is the Nagelköpfel ski area with Tue and Thursday evening skiing for a fee. Ski rental is cheaper there than in Zell am See. Car is at the top of the driveway under a canopy, so you never have to scratch or clear snow.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the owner and she showed where the apartment was. It is an apartment that is fully equipped. Spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment. Great living room with lovely sitting-couch especially after skiing to relax on. Spacious bedrooms where it must be said that they can only be reached via 1 door so you have to go through bedroom if someone is already sleeping. We were not handy with 2 adult children. Bathroom with washing machine. Space to put ski boots away and skis in the barn.Veel useful was that the car could stand under a carport and if not every morning the snow had to be removed.Also we had a dog and she had something there too goodies for us and for us a bottle of wine and something lekkers.Brachtige area close to small beginners piste with drag lifts.We ebben the skis, shoes and helmets rented at this location and we got a 15% discount because we could show that we had rented Josefine's apartment. It was very good ski, s and almost new shoes and we paid almost half less than at the Intersport in Kaprun (then you have storage space there) We have 2 days on the small piste because it rained a little and then snowed to Kaprun been very nice track and wonderfully quiet. Wednesday we had great food from Josefine and Thursday homemade apple strudel (tastier than at the bakery). In short, had a wonderful week because there was a lot of snow and therefore a fairytale winter wonderland was created.

Very warm welcome with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The next day we got delicious apfelstrüdel, baked by the owner herself. She also cooks one day a week for the guests and that tasted excellent again. The apartment is very clean and everything is there. The environment is fantastic and you can do everything there. Boredom does not get a chance here. Recommended!!!!

Josefine is a very attentive hostess. Due to circumstances we arrived later and that was fine solved. A nice welcome pack, delicious apple strudel and Wiener schnitzel prepared for us. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and you return with clean washed clothes! We had a nice walk with the dogs, skied in Zell am See, Kaprun and slept in Bramberg. Top holiday!

The holiday feels right on arrival, because the owner has a bottle of wine and some goodies prepared in the apartment, even for the dogs. The apartment was clean, in good condition and nicely decorated. We felt at home there. And the environment is beautiful, rural, lots of nature around you, and lots of snow!

The arrival was very hot. We were welcomed by the very friendly hostess. Who gave a tour of the house. For us there was a bottle of wine ready and a treat for the dogs. The accommodation was well clean and looked looked after. The surroundings are really beautiful. Near the Hohe Tauern, Kaprun and Zell am See. We have been able to make wonderful walks. Mountain biking can also be fine here. Etc. At the Krimmler Wasserfalle. Very breathtaking. The hostess cooked once for us. Typically Austrian. Very tasty. We also received clean towels and could ask what we needed. Super spoiled!

The apartment really has everything you need for a few relaxing days in the mountains. The landlord, Finni, lives adjacent and is really great! Very friendly, attentive and much more ... We felt really well cared for. The surrounding area is quiet, many hiking opportunities and in winter many possibilities for skiing. Ideal for a holiday with a dog. Overall a great holiday!

Its excellent location at Zell am See and Kaprun is a great place to enjoy the beautiful nature, mountains, sights (Mooserboden, Kitzsteinhorn, Krimmler wasserfälle , Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse, ...), shopping and for relatively little money, a breathtaking flight over the mountains can be made from Zell am See airport.

It did not miss anything, it was everything we needed. The surrounding area but also the holiday house was a dream.

The holiday was super, super nice hostess, upon arrival there was a bottle of wine ready, and even some treats for our dog! Each ochtens a beautiful view over the valley and mountain views on the other side of the valley, it was well worth it, and is on our hethalingslijst!

Cozy cottage, well maintained. Upon arrival the hostess was not home but after a phone call with her gave them that the key was in the door and we could enter quietly. When she got home she immediately just stopped by.

This house is very well equipped, has thought of everything. For the price you pay you really get value for money. 2 large bedrooms with a tad soft mattresses. The house is better suited for 5 people or 6 people. The balcony is not great, but at the back of the house you have a nice place where you can a BBQ (which is present there) The owner is a very sweet woman. You get 2x weekly towel. The washing machine broke, and the next day there was immediately a brand new washing machine! You can relax on the balcony of the tranquility and views. 3 minutes away you can get a mini Mpreis where you "fresh bread. There was a foosball table in the shed next to the house.

Enjoyed all aspects that Austria has to offer. Snow, sun, mountains, schittende views. Also lots of entertainment for young children in close proximity !!

The apartment is ideally located for skiers, only 10 to 15 minutes drive from the skipistes.Het accommodation was spacious and comfortable, but it can be seen that it is frequently used. But the price \/ quality ratio is uitstekend.Wij go back next winter for sure.

The rooms are very shabby and dirty! In a bedroom it smells like oil! On waste separation shall be taken, unfortunately, only a tiny trash can in the apartment! Not for families with pet allergies, bedding and floors were full of animal hair! Kitchen facilities very good! Very good location! No baby equipment

Very nice hostess, helpful just super.Aber the detail ski ski lift would need to be checked again, given 200 meters were actually but 600 Meter.Skilift was 200 meters, was in fact a mountain of experience with skiing for beginners super .The amenities the room leaves much to be desired, could do with some renewed.

A lovely house fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, bath as well as a washing machine - all was again clean home -)), quiet location, good beds, a balcony and a patio area, lovely! Ideal base to do many things with the SalzburgerCarte! Next year definitely Belvilla holiday villa again!

Unfortunately not seen a host. However, a great area to go on vacation.

This was a short break with the family and dog on old tracks.

Too bad nobody there on arrival. Cottage was not clean and hospitality that we had not encountered on the site. His ourselves s evening being sign and have not seen her, but it was the caretaker a day early inde assumption that we already left s morning at 7 o'clock at the door for cleaning money.

We were received very friendly. Plus of the apartment is the comfortable sofa. Downside is the fact that only one bedroom is accessed via the other bedroom. All in all an excellent accommodation, located a 7-minute drive from Kaprun. (The lift at 200 meters is only one slope).

Really enjoyed the area and house. Towel change mid week is very fine. Friendly owner who can give you tips for beautiful walks in the area. Slopes in Kaprun are close.

With our son and daughter for a week skiing during New Years. Beautiful weather, beautiful slopes and cozy restaurants nearby. The cottage was fully equipped and our two dogs could enjoy spending time in the snow on the alpenweiden.Kortom highly recommended.

The photo 's of the property really looks like the house. House is centrally located near Kaprun and Zell am See. Unfortunately we had too little snow, otherwise the slope behind the house have been very nice. The owner is very hospitable You will be welcomed with a glass of wine and some snacks for the dog.

We stayed here with z 'n half and our two dogs. The house looked exactly as in the description.'s Owner called you a warm welcome with a bottle of wine and some snacks for the dogs and makes twice a week for clean towels. The location is fairly central to Zell am See, Kaprun, Grossglockner, Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe. From the (fairly small) balcony a nice view over the valley. If you out the door that want to eat, you have to be a bit further way, namely to Piesendorf or further to Kaprun and Zell am See. By car it is 10 to 15 minutes. For those who seek the peace and do not want to sit in the middle of the nightlife, this is the perfect place.

We stayed a week at Haus Eva, lovely home with all mod cons, the hostess is very friendly and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us, and even the dog was thought of for him was something lekkers.Het house is on a beautiful location in walchen with a private entrance and a lovely outdoor area where you can sit nice and quiet and no one bother you, about 15 min from Zell am see and only 10 min from Kaprun, you have a huge amount of possibilities, kitzsteinhorn, zell am see There is a beautiful gorge is nearby and of course the grossclockner, Salzburg is also recommended which is about 1 1/2 hour drive but well connected and totally worth it. Overall we had a great holiday!

The apartment is great for families thanks to two separate bedrooms, large lounging couch, eat outside terrace and its own washing machine. The apartment is very quiet, no traffic noise and with a great view of the mountains. Above the apartment is a wonderful playground - that was for our three children (5,3,1) is a good pastime. The house chickens, which may be visited at any time and fed and provide delicious breakfast eggs are great. The landlady is super nice, happy to help out, give you tips and brings a lot of fresh towels) The area offers plenty of excursions. eg waterfall, gorge, Dino Park flagstone, pasture, summer toboggan run, walks for the whole family ... and the swimming pool in Zell am See offers fun for a day when it rains) around a successful holiday

The apartment did fine, you unfortunately have to go through the first bedroom to come. In the second bedroom The area is fantastic despite the weather is plenty to do. I checked whether synthetic bedding was present eurorelais answer was no, it was present on arrival! The towels were replaced every 3-4 days, only if you're used cushions so you better bring your own. Walchen / Kaprun is an excellent base for walks, long or short. Especially & quotKlamm "hikes are very beautiful. A car is necessary. Salzburg is 1.5 hours away. In May is not yet everything open in terms of elevators, there was still a lot of snow high in the mountains cases so walking there was discouraged by the Tourist Office the first week. In the second week we had good weather and everything looks very different. The people are friendly and helpful. Well you better drive a little further for a large supermarket so you have more choice. The small freezer in the kitchen was very welcome. The BBQ is available only goes out as soon as we are habituated so take good time. Within walking distance you have in yourself and in Walchen Piesendorf (run 1 / 2 hours) (Mitterwirt) nice restauration

We had a nice week in net house. Lots of space, hospitality and not that narrow sense of a holiday. The children were "in the morning pick up fresh eggs in the chicken, and the hospitable owner came up with free quail eggs. Very nice!

We are past week 30-09-2013 to 04-10-2013 in this apartment which was fine given birth. Everything is neat clean and in order. Owner is very friendly and even made sure things like div afwasborstel / dishwasher etc were present (often not the case)

Easy to find. Fine reception and the house is heeerlijk. Everything is there, super comfy couch with lots of pillows, modern and tastefully decorated with lots of atmosphere. No seed holiday, you would like to live here. Keuekn is beautiful, everything is there, grabs you and never miss enough plates, glasses and cups. Balcony is small for 2 people can do it. Bedrooms are very large, large closets and comfortable beds. Recommended!

The apartment is located in the small peaceful village of Walchen. Within walking distance of the ski in a friendly atmosphere that is very suitable for young children in peace and cosiness and under the expert guidance of the friendly ski school staff to be familiar with skiing. The apartment is located in the hamlet Walchen inches Piesendorf. You have a private entrance and sitting in your apartment next to another apartment where you do not suffer. You get a discount, but they are terribly expensive, blunt and unhelpful! There are plenty of other Inter Sports.

We have had a good winter., 26 Jan to 2 Feb 2013 cottage is fully equipped, owner is nearby if you need anything, just one downside, the bed and bedroom with 2 bunk is all accessible through the other bedroom. Nearby is much to do, snow fun on the Nagelköpfel, ie a small slope behind the house (5 min walk), snowshoe hike with a guide. Skiing in Kaprun, very quiet on the Maiskogel, beautiful on the glacier, beautiful but busy in Zell am the sea. NBJammer the piste bullies on the glacier during the day only have time for the fun park, making the red run (the only one) to the lowland station, after 10 hours turned into a heavy bugle slope. we understood that an employee has to do with cuts.

House Eva is a beautiful house, a few hundred meters away from the ski slopes of Walchen. Fun for young children and beginners. We are regularly drive to Zell am See, 15 min doable. A supermarket is on as "n 300 m and 5 mins driving is a bigger supermarket. We were there with our family of 6, it is good to do, otherwise it is a bit on the tight side (the house has 2 bedrooms). The owners live on the other side of the house. Really cozy, friendly people, you can always appeal.

Sauerland in Wall Chen, just for Kaprun. Spacious apartment where we stayed with 4 people. The highlight is of course the bank! there too many hours "spent the evening at. The owners are very friendly and ideal that the linen is listed here. Altogether a wonderful skiing holiday had!

Great holiday! House is fully equipped, not very large, but for a family with two (small) children is doing goedte. Very clean and comfortable. Good place for excursions in the area. The couch in the (small) living room I found not so useful, was more of a bed. Nice owners. Recommended!

We have a wonderful holiday in Walchen. The house was perfect, good price / quality verhouding.De owner is a great host, always willing to help with any questions. We got clean towels on time, even wanted us still wash bedding in between. In the living room you could relax on the couch. On the balcony had a beautiful view over the valley behind the house is a terrace with garden furniture where you could eat cozy. Also on the lawn with picnic table you could sit cozy. Good beds and a good shower. Fully equipped kitchen. In short, a house where the great place to be.

Enjoyed include toboggan run in Kaprun, Zell am See in sailing and lovely walking and cycling (mountain bike and road bike).

We have a good holiday. Owners were very friendly and hospitable and the cottage was very complete. What also was very handy, is that the house has a washing machine that you can use at no extra cost. You can use the card during the stay guests free use of swimming pool in Piessendorf. Near the vankaniteverblijf are numerous hiking trails and bike routes that clearly indicated. Only errands is not so easy. There is a small supermarket where you can get bread, etc., but for the great shopping you must go to another plaats.Dit address is definitely recommended.

We have spent a week in the house Eve, the stay was very pleasant. Thanks to the owner, who does her best to the guests to feel at ease. Along the house a brook babbles, which works very soothing. You feel right at home, thanks to the super large lounge sofa, you can enjoy hanging after a strenuous day of skiing. The free Wifi is also very handy and works fast. The stay is about 5 rijminuten of Kaprun. With 10 minutes you are in Zell am See. Skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn we have done that even with high temperatures has good skiing. Every day we can sit on the terrace at Hotel Orgler that long until the sun continues to hold. TegenoverHotel Orgler is a shopping center where you can do your daily shopping. Good place!
