You will find this luxurious apartment in high-quality construction in alpine style with lots of wood and trams in the village of Pichl, in the middle of the Lungau ski and holiday region, between the well-known towns of Mauterndorf and Mariapfarr. The right place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family.

In summer, there are countless opportunities in Salzburg's Lungau to get out and about in the beautiful countryside, such as cycling or hiking. All this in a fantastically beautiful mountain landscape with numerous mountain lakes, the right place to relax!
As a winter sports enthusiast, you have plenty of choice here! The Mauterndorf ski area Grosseck-Speiereck is nearby. It is child-friendly, but with 50 kilometres of slopes it also offers enough and has not yet been discovered by mass tourism! For more of a challenge, the Aineck Katschberg ski area is a 15-minute drive away. Here you will find 16 lifts and 70 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty. The longest run is the A1 with a length of 5.6 kilometres and a difference in altitude of 1,100 metres. Within 20 minutes by car you are at the lifts of Obertauern, in an area that was recently declared the snowiest and most snow-sure area in Austria.
With a wide range of leisure activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing or walks in the snow in winter or hiking, mountain biking, golfing and much more in summer, Mariapfarr has a lot to offer for young and old!

A beautiful, high-quality flat
A wonderful flat with a marvellous location! Several ski areas can be reached by car in max. 15 minutes!
The holiday was great. It was clean and very cosy.
We spent our holiday with 4 people in the AlmApARTment 9-2 and were thrilled. The house was very clean and very comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable! For small concerns, we got immediate feedback from Villaforyou and the problem was fixed. However, the noise of the tenants with small children in the flat above us already disturbed us in the morning. Unfortunately, there was nothing to do with sleeping in.
Beautiful new house 6 minutes (by car) from the ski village of Mauterndorf. The house is beautiful and modern and fully equipped. The house was clean and tidy on arrival. we had a piece of grass and a small frozen puddle by the house, where the children could play.
A great flat. Modern furnishings and a beautiful location. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice new facility in a beautiful setting!
Very good, but because the flat is new and was rented out for the first time this year, there were some problems. For example, the door to the sauna was jammed, no (roller) curtains or blinds for the windows on the upper floor, not even for the sauna, lack of hooks in the flat to hang something, no info book available, wifi code was missing etc.
We rented this flat in August. We liked it very much. The new flat was spacious and luxuriously furnished. We had a good time in Pichl
The accommodation is more simple than basic. The sauna was not usable (no foil in front of the window, radiator without collecting tray, but with dirty stones). There was a construction site directly in front of the bedroom (3 houses were being built in time). The whole complex was also a building site (roof was done, kitchens installed, sawing tools used from morning to night, tarred etc. etc.) the accommodation itself was cheaply and quickly pulled up, capsule machine available. No colander, no casserole dish, no baking dish, nothing. The wellness area a bad joke. Bathtub against the wall, blocked with two loungers. Noise between 7am - 9pm.
A beautiful , new flat in a quiet central location next to the brook! :)
