Description

This spacious and luxurious house is located directly at the ski resort Kreischberg, in a new and modern Alpine holiday resort, in the particularly versatile holiday region Murau-Kreischberg. Within walking distance you can reach the lifts and slopes. Also the centre of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with its cosy shops and restaurants, can easily be reached on foot. The local train stops directly behind the resort.

This holiday home is situated on a corner in a row of 3 houses. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a comfortable relaxing sofa. From the couch you look at a modern equipped kitchen . Here you can prepare a delicious breakfast or dinner in no time, which you can eat on the covered terrace when the weather is good. From the terrace you have a view of the garden and surrounding mountain world. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with a double boxspring bed with ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate toilet. After an active day in the mountains you can completely unwind in the wellness area with a Finnish sauna. This and the ski storage room with ski boot heating and wardrobe can be found in the basement. There are 2 parking spaces available under a carport.

In winter there is a fantastic and snow guaranteed family ski area with over 40 km of slopes and modern lifts right in front of you. The Funpark belongs to the absolute world top! Big competitions are organised here every year. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are plenty of opportunities here. Fancy tobogganing? That's also possible here!

In summer a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many nice shops and terraces. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle along the Murradweg. This is a famous cycle path along the river Mur through the region.

In both summer and winter this region is the ideal place for the active tourist. Enjoy the tranquillity and space because this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. Here, you can still enjoy the pure Austrian friendliness and numerous traditions. In terms of nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of traditions
