Itter is a friendly, small village in the ski area of Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. In the village is a beautiful castle, Schloss Itter.  The gondola connects the village to the large ski area of Wilder Kaiser, with its 280 km of slopes. In Itter, peace and quiet reign supreme. For the après ski you go to the villages in the area. 

Itter is suitable for beginners, families with small children and groups of skiers of different levels. In the village are a number of small lifts with associated slopes. From the terrace here you have a good view on the slopes. There is also a ski school. 
On the floodlit toboggan run, there is evening tobogganing and it is pleasant. Cross-country skiers can make use of the cross-country skiing network in the area. You can also take lovely winter walks. 

In the summer, it is great hiking or biking through the mountains and along the alpine meadows. There is a tennis court in the village and a heated outdoor swimming pool where you can enjoy the sun on the large lawn.
